Noy is an upcoming Snezhnaya character in Genshin Impact, introduced through the Transcendence teaser “Sudden Snow.” Beyond a brief on-screen appearance, very little about him has been confirmed, but HoYoverse has already locked in his voice actors across all four official dubs.

Quick answer: Noy is voiced by Jonathan Bullock (English), Shin-ichiro Miki (Japanese), Sanshi (Chinese), and Jeong Seong-Hoon (Korean).

What is confirmed about Noy

Noy hails from Snezhnaya and first appeared in the Transcendence teaser trailer, “Sudden Snow.” His pointed, fae-like ears resemble Linnea’s, and a line he delivers about a “peaceful age” compared to “the eons gone by” hints that he is far older than he looks. His element, faction, and exact race remain unannounced, though he is widely read as a possible fae.

Noy was shown alongside other Snezhnaya figures from the same trailer, including Anastasya, Alyosha, Danica, Mitya, Odette, Valeriy, Vesna, and Vodyanitsa. He is expected to become playable at some point during the Version 7.X updates, though no official release date has been confirmed. For now, his voice cast is the most concrete information available, and you can hear all four performances by changing the Voice-Over Language once he arrives in the game.
