Suisui is a 5-star Glacio Rectifier who arrives with Wuthering Waves Version 3.5 and the new Mengzhou area. Almost everything she needs to level up and upgrade her skills is tied to that region, so most of her build cannot be stockpiled ahead of release. Here is the complete material list, the exact quantities, and where each item comes from.
Quick answer: A full Suisui build (Level 0–90 plus maxed Forte) needs Autopuppet Kernel (×29/40/52/61), 46 Solidarity’s Loneflame, 26 Skyward Glazed Heart, 60 Flowborne Dream, the Spliced/Broken/Solidified/Melodic String set (25/28/55/67), 122 Premium Resonance Potion, and about 3,053,300 Shell Credits. The only items you can farm before 3.5 are the String upgrade materials.

The breakpoints are front-loaded toward the higher tiers. The first ascension at Level 20 uses only the lowest-rarity Autopuppet Kernel and a little Shell Credit, while Solidarity’s Loneflame and Flowborne Dream start appearing from the Level 40 stage onward and grow steadily through Level 80.
Suisui Forte materials (skills and stat nodes)

Skyward Glazed Heart, the weekly boss drop, only enters the picture at the higher skill levels (node 7 and up) and on the second stat-bonus and both Inherent Skill unlocks. Because weekly boss drops are limited, plan those attempts around the skills you want first.
Dew Imbiber weapon materials
Suisui’s signature Rectifier is Dew Imbiber, the same weapon used by Shorekeeper. At Level 90 it carries 77% Energy Regen and a passive that grants 12% Max HP, restores 8 Concerto Energy on Resonance Liberation, and pushes a 20% team ATK buff through Kingfisher. To take it from Level 0 to 90 you need the materials below.

The Kernel Puppet enemies cover all five emotion variants, and each one drops Autopuppet Kernel. Higher-rarity Kernels can also be made by synthesizing lower ones once you have a stock built up.
What you can pre-farm before 3.5
The String set is the single material group you can gather right now in Version 3.4. The Lesson in Sunset Forgery Challenge in Etching Plains drops all four rarities, and they also appear through Synthesis and Lahai-Roi Supply Packs. Everything else, including the boss material, the local specialty, the Autopuppet Kernel, and the weekly boss drop, only becomes reachable once Mengzhou opens.
Because the rest is locked behind the update, the most useful prep is generic. Bank Shell Credits, stack character EXP materials such as Premium Resonance Potion, and hold a pool of Waveplates so you can immediately run the new boss and overworld content on launch day. If you want her weekly boss skill material early, make sure your weekly boss attempts are unspent before the patch.
Suisui releases in Version 3.5, most likely in its second phase, though no exact date and time has been confirmed yet. Once Mengzhou is live, the fastest route to a finished build is to clear the new boss for Solidarity’s Loneflame, sweep the region for 60 Flowborne Dream, grind the Kernel Puppets for Autopuppet Kernel, and reserve weekly boss runs for Skyward Glazed Heart while topping off your String count from the Forgery Challenge you have been farming all along.
