Haze Seas Tier List

Where every Devil Fruit, sword, race, and fighting style lands in the current Haze Seas meta.

Where every Devil Fruit, sword, race, and fighting style lands in the current Haze Seas meta.

Your power in Haze Seas comes down to four choices stacked on top of each other. The Devil Fruit you carry, the sword you swing, the race you rolled, and the fighting style you trained all decide how fast you farm, how hard you hit bosses, and whether you survive a PvP duel. The rankings below sort each category from strongest to weakest so you know what to chase and what to drop.

Quick answer: Run Dragon (Fruit), God Human (Fighting Style), Dark Blade (Sword), and a D. Clan race for the strongest all-round build currently available.

These placements weigh damage output, crowd-farming speed, boss and raid performance, mobility, and PvP reliability. The rankings reflect the meta as of the early July 2026 build, and they will shift as balance patches and new equipment land.

Haze Seas Devil Fruit tier list

Fruits carry the most weight in a build. They provide the bulk of your ranged damage, your mobility skills, and the area attacks that make grinding tolerable. The top picks clear enemy packs, boss health bars, and duels without needing much else to prop them up.

TierDevil Fruits
SDragon, Leopard, Dough, Buddha, Light
AMagma, Ice, Phoenix, Gravity, Dark
BFlame, Lightning, Sand, Rubber, Quake
CSmoke, Bomb, Barrier, Spike
DChop, Spin, Kilo

Dragon sits at the top because it pairs heavy damage with a transformation that fits almost any activity. Leopard, Dough, Buddha, and Light round out the S tier with strong utility and consistent performance whether you are farming or fighting players. The A tier stays close behind and can clear every part of the game, so there is no need to reroll if you land Magma, Ice, or Dark. Once you reach C and D, treat those fruits as placeholders. Chop, Spin, and Kilo are fine for the opening hours but should be swapped as soon as something better drops.

Haze Seas sword tier list

Swords matter most for weapon-focused builds, and the higher tiers bring better skills and stronger scaling. If you plan to lean on melee weapons, the top three blades outclass everything else in both PvE and PvP.

TierSwords
SDark Blade, True Triple Katana, Cursed Dual Katana
AShisui, Yama, Wando, Enma
BSaber, Rengoku, Bisento
CKatana, Dual Katana, Iron Mace
DCutlass, Pipe

Dark Blade leads the pack thanks to its mix of damage and fast skills, making it the safest choice for both grinding and dueling. True Triple Katana and Cursed Dual Katana keep the S tier stacked with high-end options. The A-tier blades like Enma and Wando stay viable deep into the late game, so they are worth using while you work toward an S-tier weapon. Cutlass and Pipe are starter gear you will replace almost immediately.

Haze Seas race tier list

Races add passive bonuses to health, stamina, movement, and survivability. Every player starts with a random race after spinning at the menu, and each one can be upgraded to a V2 version once you hit the required level. The strongest races boost your core stats rather than travel utility.

TierRaceWhy it ranks here
1 (Best)D. ClanBest all-round stats, bonus Health and Stamina, cheaper Conqueror’s Haki at V2.
1 (Best)DragonborneStrong survivability from extra Health and regen, plus Glide at V2.
1.5 (Very strong)DemonConstant lifesteal and a Hellfire Circle on dash at V2 for aggressive play.
1.5 (Very strong)BeastborneLarge movement speed and stamina bonuses for chasing and combos.
2 (Good)FishborneBest water mobility and V2 Water Immunity for Fruit users, but situational.
2 (Good)SkyborneGlide and a stronger Skywalk for traversal, weaker in direct combat.
3 (Average)HumanSpeed only kicks in below 70% HP; outclassed once V2 races open up.

D. Clan is the pick for players who want the strongest stats across PvP and PvE. Dragonborne is the defensive counterpart with high health and easy traversal after V2. Demon and Beastborne suit aggressive, fast-moving builds. Fishborne and Skyborne are travel-first choices, and Human is a fine early race that falls off once you can upgrade to something better.

To unlock a V2 race, reach Level 2200, then speak with the Race Engineer NPC on Sea 2’s first island to start the questline. You will need to defeat a Sea Beast, open 50 chests around the world, and beat the Zenith Boss, then pay 1,000,000 Money and 100 Gems. The upgrade applies to your current race, and the quest is repeatable if you change races later.

Haze Seas fighting style tier list

Fighting styles handle your melee combos and give hybrid builds their close-range pressure. The best styles chain fast, hit hard, and hold up against both bosses and players.

TierFighting Styles
SGod Human, Sanguine Art
ADragon Talon, Electric Claw, Sharkman Karate
BSuperhuman, Death Step, Water Kung Fu
CBlack Leg, Electro
DCombat

God Human and Sanguine Art define the top of the melee meta with excellent damage that endgame players keep coming back to. The A-tier styles trade blows with the best builds and bring fast combos of their own. Black Leg and Electro are early-game options you will grow out of, and Combat is the basic starter style meant only to carry you until the first real upgrade.

Best Haze Seas build right now

Stacking S-tier picks across every slot gives you a build that handles bosses, raids, Sea Events, and PvP without a weak point. The cleanest combination pairs a top fruit, a top style, and a top blade.

  • Devil Fruit: Dragon
  • Fighting Style: God Human
  • Sword: Dark Blade
  • Race: D. Clan

That said, do not feel locked into chasing only S-tier gear. Fully upgraded A-tier fruits, styles, and swords clear every piece of content when paired with smart stat allocation. Rather than swapping everything at once, upgrade one slot at a time. Trading up a single fruit or fighting style is often enough to noticeably speed up your farming and make tough bosses easier.

Since Haze Seas keeps receiving updates and balance changes, revisit your loadout whenever new equipment arrives to make sure you are still running the strongest combination for how you like to play.
