How to redeem codes

Open the official CookieRun: Kingdom coupon page at game.devplay.com/coupon/ck/en.

Enter the requested account details (e.g., your player information/server) exactly as shown in‑game.

Paste a valid code into the coupon field. Codes are case‑sensitive; avoid extra spaces.

Submit the form and wait for the confirmation message. Then launch the game and claim the rewards from your in‑game inbox.

If the reward mail does not appear, restart the game client and check the inbox again.

The code has expired or was limited to a specific event or time window.
Typos or extra spaces; codes are case‑sensitive and must match exactly.
The code was already redeemed on your account (codes are one‑time use per account).
Server or client desync; restart the game and try again after a few minutes.
