Exact coordinates and routes for every Yakumo Effigy across Feybreak, Sunreach, and the World Tree, plus the Rainbow Fortune payoff.

Yakumo Effigies are a rare consumable in Palworld 1.0, and only four exist across the entire map. Offer them at a Statue of Power and you raise your Rainbow Fortune, which improves the odds of wild Pals spawning with higher-tier Passive skills. All four are tied to the newer regions, so this is endgame collecting rather than something to chase early.

Quick answer: Collect all four Yakumo Effigies before offering any of them. One sits above The Oculus Gate on Feybreak Island, one in a shrine north of the Sunreach Watchtower (-280, -1460), one west of the Gilded City Ruins Watchtower in the World Tree (-1936, 1376), and one on the Anubis statue outside the Abandoned Laboratory in the World Tree tundra. Turn them in at any Statue of Power for up to +4% Rainbow Fortune.

Feybreak Island effigy near The Oculus Gate

The first Yakumo Effigy sits directly above The Oculus Gate fast travel point, in the Frozen Coral Hill area. Warp in, then climb up to the circular stone structure overlooking the point. The effigy rests on top of it, so a flying Mount makes the ascent much quicker.

This is a heavy snow biome. Bring at least level 2 cold resistance gear and a Fire-type Pal, otherwise the cold will drain you before you reach the structure.

Sunreach effigy in the shrine (-280, -1460)

The second effigy is tucked inside a shrine on one of the floating Sunreach islands, just north of the Sunreach Watchtower. Start at the Sunreach Watchtower fast travel point and head north, crossing the smaller lake.

From there, follow the narrow path that climbs the hill toward the upper part of the island. The shrine holding the effigy sits at the top. A flying Pal lets you skip the climb and drop straight onto the shrine.

Effigy 2 location in Palworld

Two World Tree effigies

The final pair are both in the World Tree region, in separate biomes. Expect strong enemies around each, so a flying Pal that lets you drop in and out fast is the safest approach.

West of the Gilded City Ruins Watchtower (-1936, 1376)

Head directly west from the Gilded City Ruins Watchtower until you spot a lone building beside a lake. The Yakumo Effigy sits just outside the entrance. The area is hostile, so glide down on a flying Pal and land right at the building to avoid waking the surrounding Pals. If the marker is slightly off, the effigy is around -1911, 1362, near a rooftop you can see on the map.

Effigy 3 location in Palworld

Anubis statue at the Abandoned Laboratory

The last effigy is in the tundra part of the World Tree, resting on the Anubis statue outside the Abandoned Laboratory. Travel north past the Moldron Cryst boss location and enter the gorge, then fly down into it to reach the laboratory, which also ties into the main quest. Climb the Anubis statue to the left of the main entrance and grab the effigy.

Note: high-level Bastigors and Elgrove Cryst patrol this gorge and can kill you quickly, so grab the effigy and leave rather than fighting through the area.

How to use Yakumo Effigies for Rainbow Fortune

Once you have effigies in your inventory, interact with a placed Statue of Power or one found inside an Abandoned Church and offer them. Each Yakumo Effigy raises your Rainbow Fortune, and all four together grant up to +4%. Higher Rainbow Fortune increases the chance that wild Pals appear with better Passive skills, which is why these are worth collecting for endgame captures and breeding.

Do not spend effigies before you collect all four

Wait until you physically have all four Yakumo Effigies before offering any of them at a Statue of Power. The achievement for obtaining all four does not unlock if you spend some before the full set is in your possession. Players who turned in effigies early have been locked out of the reward, so hold the entire set, confirm you have four, then offer them together.
