Update 6.1 dropped a fresh power layer into Anime Astral Simulator called Haki Specializations, and it stacks on top of everything else you already run. It hands you three separate Haki types, each buffing a different pair of stats, and each one gated behind its own grind. This is not the old Haki System tied to Wano Island rolls. It lives in its own menu, unlocks through quests, and keeps scaling as you complete more of them.
Quick answer: Go to Wano Island (World 3), walk into the orange circle under the Haki Specializations NPC near the Fruit Progression (Luffy) NPC, then complete the unlock quest for each Haki — 2,500 kills for Observation, 5,000 Swords Gacha rolls in Lobby Arena for Armament, and 500 waves cleared for Conqueror.
What each Haki actually buffs
The three Haki types split your build gains across six stats, so no single one covers everything. Pick your unlock order based on the wall you are currently fighting. If your damage is fine but progression feels slow, Observation and its Power boost helps most. If enemies are tanky, Armament’s Damage buff matters more.

Where to find the Haki Specializations NPC
The NPC sits on Wano Island, which is World 3. It is modeled after Lassoo from One Piece, so it stands out once you know what you are looking for.
Unlock requirements for all three Haki types
Each Haki is unlocked separately by clearing its own quest. None of them require you to be in a specific world for the kill or wave counts, so you can grind them wherever your farming is fastest. The one exception is Armament, which counts Swords Gacha rolls made in Lobby Arena.

You know a Haki is ready when the Locked label disappears in the menu and the type becomes selectable. From there you can activate it and start working toward upgrades.
How to upgrade each Haki for higher multipliers
Upgrading works the same way as unlocking. Every Haki shows a quest under it in the menu, and clearing that quest lets you push the buff multiplier higher. Once the requirement is met, open the Haki Specializations menu and press the Upgrade button under that type.

Because the upgrade tasks mirror the unlock tasks, the grind you use to reach the next level naturally overlaps with normal farming. Kills pile up while you clear worlds, waves accumulate in wave-based modes, and sword rolls climb every time you spend a Lobby Arena pull.
Note: The maximum level for each Haki type is not confirmed yet, so the full ladder of requirements and the highest possible buff multipliers are still open. Treat every level you complete as a permanent gain rather than aiming for a known cap.
Haki Specializations is another account-wide multiplier system, which means it keeps paying off long after the initial unlock grind. Chip away at kills, waves, and sword rolls during your usual sessions, and all three Haki types climb without forcing a dedicated farm.
