Aeon Aha E0 vs E2 Buffs for Sparxie DPS in HSR 4.7

Two King in Check runs with the same team show how Aha's second Eidolon shifts Sparxie's output and share of team damage.

Two King in Check runs with the same team show how Aha’s second Eidolon shifts Sparxie’s output and share of team damage.

Aeon Aha is an Elation support arriving in the Honkai: Star Rail 4.7 beta, built to feed turns and buffs into a single carry. A pair of back-to-back runs against the King in Check boss puts that role under a microscope, keeping an E2S1 Sparxie, Pearl, and Yao Guang fixed while swapping Aha between Eidolon 0 and Eidolon 2. The point is narrow and clear: measure how much Sparxie gains once Aha’s enhanced buffs come online.

Quick answer: Taking Aha from E0 to E2 raised Sparxie’s total damage from 57.1M to 59.6M and lifted her share of team damage from 59.6% to 66.7%, with noticeably faster wave transitions.

The team and the target

Both runs use the same four characters at Level 80. Sparxie sits in the carry seat as an E2S1 unit with the light cone Dazzled by a Flowery World. Aha plays support and sub-DPS, Pearl and Yao Guang round out the buffs and sustain. Only Aha’s Eidolon level changes between the two attempts.

The opponent is Lord of Samvartasthayi, Asat Pramad, the final node of the Anomaly Arbitration mode. The fight moves through three stages. Formation is the opening phase, Existence brings the Gambit of Converging Fates dice sequence, and Decay is the final phase where damage peaks.

How Aha’s extra turn drives the damage

When the boss enters its Existence phase, the Gambit of Converging Fates opens Asat Pramad’s Die, a selection screen where the player picks one effect and the boss takes whatever is left. The golden card chosen in both runs is Aha Instant, which hands Aha an immediate extra turn counted as 20 Punchline without spending her regular Punchline resource. That bonus turn feeds straight into a heavy burst window for the carry.

By the Decay phase the team chains ultimates and Elation mechanics together, with support actions from Yao Guang and Pearl layering in between Aha’s turns. A scripted Mechatron Swordoman Void Slash lands during the burn, dealing repeated hits of 1,017,280, and a Silver Wolf Lv.999 interaction grants immunity to control effects across the fight.

E0 Aha vs E2 Aha: the damage numbers

RunAha EidolonSparxie damageSparxie share
Run 1E0S157.1M59.6%
Run 2E2S159.6M66.7%

With Aha at E0, Sparxie closes the fight at 57.1M damage, roughly 59.6 percent of a team clear totalling 110,306,047. The run is clean, but the boss soaks up several full rotations before falling.

Swapping Aha to E2 keeps everything else identical. Phase 1 health drops far quicker, single hits read higher, and the waves transition sooner. Sparxie ends on 59.6M, now accounting for 66.7 percent of the team’s output. The raw damage gain is modest, but her slice of the total jumps by about seven points because the fight ends before the supports need to pad it out.

The early burst is where E2 shows itself most plainly. Sparxie carves through the opening phase with the boss health still reading high, something the E0 run takes longer to reach.

Sparxie runs a crit-focused sheet with 91.5% CRIT Rate and 201.6% CRIT DMG alongside 3,309 ATK and 143.4 SPD, leaning fully into the Elation carry role. Aeon Aha carries high speed at 183.7 with matching 91.5% CRIT Rate, built to act often and keep her Punchline economy flowing. Pearl and Yao Guang both sit above 167 SPD with energy regen on their sheets, prioritising fast, repeated support turns over personal damage.

The takeaway from the two runs is straightforward. Aha’s second Eidolon does not transform Sparxie’s ceiling so much as sharpen the pace, trimming the fight and letting the carry keep more of the credit for the clear. For anyone weighing how far to invest in the new Elation support during the 4.7 beta window, that is the trade on display: a tighter, quicker King in Check run rather than a dramatic jump in top-line damage.
