Odyle builds up quickly in Aion 2. Every gathering node gives it out, several weekly activities hand it over, and it is bound, so you can’t list it on the Market Exchange by itself. Substance Morph’s Gatherable Material category lets you spend that stockpile on actual crafting materials such as ores, gemstones, logs, herbs and cooking ingredients. Each conversion trades one Odyle for one material.
Quick answer: Open Substance Morph, pick Gatherable Material, and trade one Odyle for one material of the same grade at a 100% success chance. The result is bound, so craft it into something tradeable before you sell.
Substance Morph Odyle grade rule
The Odyle you spend has to match the grade of the material you want. Standard Odyle only makes base-grade materials. Fine Odyle makes the Fine or Fresh version, and the pattern continues through Pure and Radiant. Every recipe costs one Odyle per material. None of them need Kina or a second ingredient, and none of them can fail.

The game treats Radiant Odyle as a Unique-grade gatherable material and Fine Odyle as Rare. The morphed items keep the same grade as the Odyle used to make them, so Fresh Aria comes out as a Rare material.

The Log tab also includes the Yggdrasil Log line, which goes up to Radiant Yggdrasil Log. Radiant Orichalcum Ore is worth noting for crafters. Dragon Lord greatswords use it in bulk: the True and Star versions need 9 each, and the White and Dark versions need 12 each.

The Herb tab only goes up to the Fresh grade, which costs Fine Odyle. The cooking ingredients listed above all take standard Odyle.
How to morph Odyle into a gatherable material
Everything made through Substance Morph is bound. You can’t sell Fresh Aria, Radiant Orichalcum Ore or any other morphed material on the Market Exchange. You can only use it yourself or put it into a recipe.
Turning bound Odyle into Kina with Superior Life Serum
Since the morphed material is stuck on your character, you can only get its value out by crafting something that can be traded. The Herb tab works well for this because Fresh Aria and Fresh Azpha are both accepted by the Alchemy recipe for Superior Life Serum. That potion can be traded and sold on the Market Exchange. It restores 3,000 HP instantly, plus 15% of the drinker’s max HP.

You need Alchemy mastery 55 before the recipe becomes available. Unlike the morph, the craft can fail, and a failed attempt uses up the materials. When the craft succeeds, the 25% combo chance can trigger bonus output, which brings down your average cost per potion.

Superior Life Serum has listed on the Market Exchange for between 6,499 and 15,000 Kina per potion. That is well above the roughly 3,200 Kina it costs to make, even once the exchange’s 10% tax comes out. Player prices change, so check current listings before you craft a big batch.

How to tell the conversion chain worked
- The morph worked if Success Chance showed 100% and the new material is in your bag with a (Bound) tag.
- Your Odyle count for that grade drops by one for each material you made.
- The craft worked if Superior Life Serum appears in your inventory without a Bound tag.
- The route has worked if the potion is eligible for a listing on the Market Exchange.
The same grade-matching rule applies in every tab. Once you know which grade of material a recipe needs, you know which Odyle to spend. Only the recipe you put that material into decides whether the result can be traded for Kina.
