What the Forest Spirit Wings give you

The repeatable source is the Vakron Sky Island party dungeon, where the material shows up as a run reward on both Conquest and Expedition difficulty. This is the route to take if you want to farm the item rather than clear a one-time dungeon.

Forest Library Sealed Dungeon in Verteron

The Forest Library is a solo, story-oriented Sealed Dungeon in Verteron with a recommended level of 15. Clearing it once hands you the Sealed Forest Spirit Wings as part of the completion rewards, alongside the Breathtaking Knowledge title and a batch of Wisdom Stones.

Travel to Ellun River Midstream in Verteron and look along the water for the glowing green cave opening set into the cliff face. The entrance sits behind the water, so you may need to approach on a mount.

Use the prompt at the entrance. The discovery screen appears and offers the option to enter the Forest Library dungeon.

Push through the opening chambers and defeat the Library Kerubar and Library Kerubian enemies. Your objective is to find the Library Door Key inside a chest.

Fight through the central hallway’s additional Kerubars and Kerubians, then proceed to the target chest.

Take down the chest’s guards, then open it and collect the key that unlocks every library door.

Use the key to unlock each Library Door along the corridors, clearing the ambush waves that appear as you advance toward the core.

Reach the inner archive chamber and inspect the Old Tome on the pedestal, the Book of the Bulwark Vol. 2. Reading it triggers the dungeon completion.

The completion screen hands over the Sealed Forest Spirit Wings, the Breathtaking Knowledge title, Superior Wisdom Stone x10, and Wisdom Stone (Bound) x1.

Morph it into the Forest Spirit Wings

Open Substance Morph, the crafting system that converts materials into higher-quality gear, and select the Forest Spirit Wings recipe. Each craft uses one Sealed Forest Spirit Wings, which produces the Forest Spirit Wings (Bound) wing you then equip.
