Beach Form Tubster does not roam Echoback Landing like an ordinary wild creature. It is a conditional spawn, and the condition is a scavenger hunt across the cliffs above the shore. Clear that hunt and the game drops the creature onto the sand for you.
Quick answer: Collect all four Incredible Eggs scattered around Echoback Landing in the Breezy Plains, then head to the rock cluster on the beach at (-1613, 1360) and catch the Tubster with an Anipod.
The spawn condition in Echoback Landing
Echoback Landing is a coastal stretch of the Breezy Plains, and the Beach Form entry in the Form Research menu spells out the requirement plainly: the creature appears only after every Incredible Egg in the area has been picked up. There is no partial credit here. Three eggs leave the beach empty, and the spawn point stays a plain pile of rocks.
Everything you need before you start:
- Access to Echoback Landing on the Breezy Plains coastline.
- A creature or Anipod form you can climb with, since three of the four nests sit on cliff faces.
- An Anipod ready for the capture itself.
A Chirpi standing on the beach hints at the same thing in-world, explaining that its boss is out gathering eggs and will only come back once none are left lying around the area.

The nests run roughly west to northeast along the coast, so collecting them in this order keeps the route tight.

Egg #1 and #2: the western cliffs
Start at the base of the cliff at the first marker and climb. The nest juts out on a rock shelf about halfway up, which is easy to sail past if you keep climbing on autopilot. The second egg is simpler, sitting right on the lip of the high cliff overlooking the water, with palm trees as the landmark.
Falling off these cliffs means a full climb back from the sand, so take the ledges slowly rather than sprinting along the edge.
Egg #3 and #4: the northeast stretch
The third nest is tucked behind the roots of a tree growing out of the rock face, so you need to wrap around the back of the platform to reach it. The fourth is the one most people miss. Stand near the cliff in the top-right corner of the zone and look upward at the stack of boulders. The nest is on top, and you scale the rocks to grab it.

You will know it worked when the registration popup appears and No.010 Tubster Beach Form is added to your Anilog at Nova Stage. Opening the Form Research menu afterwards shows the Beach Form card, its requirements, the family chart and its learnable skills.
What Beach Form Tubster brings to a team
The Beach Form is the water-flavored version of the wind BREAK creature, and the skill that comes with it is Water Tornado. It drops a water vortex on a target spot, damages everything caught in it and drags enemies toward the middle, draining Energy from each target it hits.

Tubster’s trait, Victory Concerto, does the heavy lifting outside of raw damage. While shielded it gains 40% BREAK efficiency, triggering BREAK plays Concerto to cut the whole team’s stamina cost by 30%, and holding three Movement-series buffs pushes all Movement effects up by another 30%.
Once the form is registered, the eggs have served their purpose and the beach goes quiet again. If you are working through the rest of the species, the Highland Form follows the same pattern of gated egg collection in a different zone.
