There is a single one to track down, and it sits within the Dock Lighthouse Ruins. That makes the ruins the area worth heading to, since the one marked spot falls inside them and reaching it lets you tick off another landmark toward finishing the map.

Make for the Dock Lighthouse Ruins and cover the short distance to the single marked spot on foot; it is fixed, so once you know the corner it sits in you can head straight there each run rather than sweeping the whole area. Since you are already at the ruins, it is worth sweeping the surrounding ground while you are there, then treating the Egg Boat itself as the point you actually came to reach. As a landmark it is there to be found and logged, marking your progress across the Operation: Egg Heist map rather than serving as loot you carry off.
