For all three areas, the Horizon Square Transporter is the stop to use. Horizon Square itself sits closest, only about 115 m on foot, so start there and clear those three before moving on. Phoebe Street is the longer stretch at roughly 415 m, while Northside works out to around 385 m from the same point. It's worth keeping an eye out as you go, since chests stand within sight of nearly half the spots, letting you pick up a little extra without straying from the route.
