The studio has already locked in its next drop, on the calendar as Next Update and scheduled to run from Saturday, September 5 at 12:00 PM ET through Monday, September 7 at 12:00 PM ET. For now it’s a placeholder: the date is set, but the developer hasn’t announced what the update will contain.
Even unannounced, it’s drawing early interest — sign-ups stand at about 430,000. The timing fits the studio’s recent rhythm: the last three drops have each opened on a Saturday at noon ET, roughly two weeks apart, and Next Update lands exactly two weeks after Even More Lore! Lore Expansion Update
Lore Expansion Update ran from Saturday, August 8 at 12:00 PM ET to Tuesday, August 11 at 12:00 PM ET and has now concluded. It expanded the game’s lore, added an extra shift type to work, introduced fresh cosmetics, upgraded how hospital visitors behave, and brought in new species to treat. More than 2 million players flagged it ahead of launch, making it the game’s second-largest recent turnout behind the current Even More Lore! drop.
