Warriors Saga is the first major content drop for Anime Expeditions, and it leans hard into a Dragon Ball Z theme. Update 1 adds six units, a new Tower mode, the East Town map, a fresh West City Expedition, an Auto Play system, and an 11-event rotation, plus a batch of equipment, skins, mounts, and emotes.

East Town map and the Secret unit
East Town is the new map, and it supports Story, Infinite, and Mastery modes. It adds two new Quest NPCs, and finishing their questline unlocks a Secret unit. That Secret Unit Story Reward is Prodigy (Rage), so East Town is the place to head first if you want to add it to your collection.
You’ll know the questline is complete when the new unit is granted through the NPC objectives on the map. Because the reward is tied to the questline rather than a summon banner, standard gem pulls will not produce it.
Tower mode
Tower is a new endless mode built around floors with random resistances. It runs in both Traits and Traitless variants, so you can compete with or without trait bonuses. Climbing rewards milestones and grants access to an exclusive seasonal unit.
Tower also introduces seasonal leaderboards. These track Shiny units, skins, and titles, giving endgame players a ranked target beyond raw floor progression.
West City Expedition and Auto Play
Expeditions received a large expansion. West City is the new Expedition map, and it comes with a new Encounter node type, new building materials and upgrades, a Payload Skin feature, and a refreshed M.A.S.T.R.R. event.
Auto Play is the biggest quality-of-life addition. It can automatically place units for you, supports both general and per-slot settings, and lets you save and load presets. That means routine farming runs can be set up once and reused without manual placement each time.
Update 1 event schedule
Warriors Saga ships with 11 events. Dragon’s Wish runs daily quests and rewards, hands out an exclusive Wish Dragon mount, and includes freebies such as an Unbound Trait and Event Coins. Boss Bounty rotates randomized daily bosses with changing stages, difficulty, resistances, and modifiers, and you can spend Gold to reroll for better rewards. Guess That Unit! is a daily Normal/Hard minigame that pays out Event Coins.
