Anime Fighting Simulator Events Schedule: Update 4 Countdown

Updated July 15, 2026 By AllThingsHow Staff 19K playing now

Anime Fighting Simulator is one of Roblox’s long-running anime-combat experiences, and it’s in the middle of a busy stretch of weekly updates. As of this writing, on July 14, 2026, it’s drawing close to 20,000 players at once, has pushed past 21 million lifetime visits, and sits north of 300,000 favorites.

The Update 4 event is live now: it opened on July 11, 2026 and runs for a week. The developer has already dated what follows it, with Update 5 set to open on July 18. The event before this one, the Admin Abuse and Battle Pass update, closed on the evening of July 11. Exact start and end times for each are in the schedule below.

These updates have been landing on a weekly Saturday rhythm, so a fresh one tends to arrive every seven days. We update this page as new events are announced and as each window opens and closes. Last updated July 14, 2026.

Current and upcoming events

Update 4 (live now)

Update 4, billed in game as Update 4 and Admin Abuse, is the current headline. It opened on July 11, 2026 at 5 p.m. ET (2 p.m. PT, 9 p.m. UTC) and stays open for a week, through July 18 at 7 p.m. ET. More than 70,000 players marked themselves interested, making it the biggest live item on the calendar. The developer hasn’t posted a full breakdown of what’s inside, so the patch specifics aren’t confirmed here; as with recent drops, it arrives paired with an admin-abuse window, a recurring feature the studio leans on.

Update 5 (up next)

Update 5 is already on the calendar. It’s scheduled to open on July 18, 2026 at 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. PT, 8 p.m. UTC) and run through July 25 at 8 p.m. ET. Note the slightly earlier start — the last two updates went live at 5 p.m. ET, and this one is set an hour earlier. Over 40,000 players have signed up already, even though the event’s full details haven’t been announced.

Admin Abuse and Battle Pass (recently ended)

The event before this one, the Admin Abuse and Battle Pass update, ran from July 4 and closed on the evening of July 11 at 7 p.m. ET. It drew the largest interest of the recent batch, with over 75,000 players signed up. According to the developer’s event notes, it introduced a Fighting Pass, two new main quests plus repeatable quests, three new training areas, a higher multiplier cap, a new class, four new specials, and three new champions, along with an admin-abuse window, power-balance changes, a VFX toggle, and bug fixes.

What’s next

With the last three events all landing on consecutive Saturdays, the weekly cadence is hard to miss, and a drop after Update 5 would be due around July 25. The contents of anything past Update 5 aren’t known yet.
