Gilga (Awakened) is the evolved form of Gilgamesh in the Roblox tower defense game Anime Mysterious. He sits at the top of the current unit rankings, and his build is designed around one goal: getting his map-wide Ultimate, Enuma Elish, to fire as often and as far as possible.
Quick answer: Roll a 0.1%, 0.15%, or 0.25% tier trait, or Aura Explosion. Equip Royal Golden Head, Heracles Plate, Heracles Gloves, and Halloween Boots for range and skill cooldown.
Gilga (Awakened) gear loadout
Each slot targets the same weakness. Enuma Elish is strong enough to end most stages, so the limit is how quickly it comes back. Two of the four pieces cut skill cooldown directly, and the other two add range and lower cost.
| Slot | Item | Tier | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Head | Royal Golden Head | Royal | Health and range |
| Chest | Heracles Plate | Hero | -10% skill cooldown |
| Hands | Heracles Gloves | Hero | -8% skill cooldown |
| Feet | Halloween Boots | Halloween event | +7.5% accuracy/range, -6% cost |
The two Heracles pieces together remove 18% of skill cooldown. That is the biggest single gain in the build. Halloween Boots come from the seasonal event, and their 6% cost reduction lets Gilga reach his Ultimate-unlocking upgrades a little earlier in a run.

Add to Google Preferences →Best traits for Gilga (Awakened)
Traits are rolled in the trait reroll menu, and the best results for Gilga follow the same logic as his gear: reduce cooldown and extend range. These are the preferred picks:
- The 0.1% tier trait, which is the rarest roll
- The 0.15% tier trait
- The 0.25% tier trait
- Aura Explosion, the most practical option if the rarer rolls do not land
Absolute Ego, Twin Stars, and Efficient King also work well on him. Because Enuma Elish already reaches the whole map, any trait that shortens the gap between casts adds more value than one that only raises base damage.

Gilga (Awakened) stats and Enuma Elish
On Update 0.76, Gilga (Awakened) is a 6-star Tactical Unit with the Luminous element. A well-rolled copy shows these stat grades on his unit page:
| Stat | Value | Bonus (grade) |
|---|---|---|
| Damage | 485.87 | +30% (SSS) |
| Ability Damage | 1.1K | +20% (A) |
| Ability cooldown | 30.40 | +30% (SS) |
[Ultimate] Enuma Elish grants Gilga +80% range. It then deals 100% of his current damage to cut the shield of every enemy on the map. This is why he does not need careful placement. Once the Ultimate is unlocked through upgrades, its reach covers the entire stage.
King of Heroes, his passive, refunds 50% of the cost on his first deployment. It also adds damage bonuses linked to kills and to allies placed in Defense Mode. The refund makes the opening of a match cheaper, which helps him reach the Ultimate sooner.
Farming speed in Fate Story Mysterious
Gilga’s real job is farming. In Fate Story Mysterious, Level 2 on Nightmare, upgrading him until Enuma Elish comes online wipes every enemy on screen at once. The stage finishes in 7 to 11 seconds. No other unit in Anime Mysterious repeats runs faster for gems, Fate coins, gold, and food.

Update 0.76 currently boosts EXP rewards and drop rates to 1.5x, so every quick clear earns more than normal. Beyond farming, Gilga can clear standard Story stages alone, as well as Fate Story maps, plus Challenges, and then Raids.

Where Gilga falls short: Halloween Event Nightmare
Gilga’s solo ability has a limit, and the Halloween Event shows where it is. On Level 1 Nightmare, he handles the waves leading up to the end. When the boss appears on wave 10 of 10, he activates Enuma Elish but cannot finish the fight by himself. The run comes close but still fails.
To clear that event, Gilga needs support units next to him to finish the final boss. In every other mode he covers, he can carry the team alone.
Gilgamesh drop rate and Crimson Sovereignty evolution
Base Gilgamesh drops from the Boss Event, which sits on the right side of the lobby. The source is the Fate (Event) stage, Level 1 on Nightmare difficulty. Each clear has a 0.1% chance to drop him, so getting him usually takes many runs.

Turning him into Gilga (Awakened) requires the Crimson Sovereignty item from the Crafting menu. Its description reads “Evolution is not the end… it’s the beginning.” The craft costs 75,000 Yen plus the following materials:
| Material | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Rare Fragment | 15 |
| Epic Fragment | 15 |
| Legendary Fragment | 15 |
| Mythic Fragment | 10 |
| Mysterious Fragment | 5 |
| Alter Mask | 1 |
| Grail Fragment | 1 |
| Command Seals | 1 |
| Shattered Core | 1 |

The 0.1% drop and the long fragment list make Gilga (Awakened) one of the most expensive units to finish in Anime Mysterious. Once he is evolved and fitted with cooldown gear and a strong trait, he clears Story, Raids, Challenges, and farming stages on his own. The only exception is the Halloween Nightmare boss.
