Codes are entered from the in-game Shop menu, not from a website or launcher screen.
A successful redemption adds the listed Diamonds, Summons, potions, or chests straight to your inventory, and the reward pop-up confirms what you received. If nothing appears, the code has already been used on that account or was typed with an error, so re-check the spelling and capitalization before trying again.
