Redemption happens through the Shop menu, not a separate settings page. Follow these steps in order.
A successful redemption clears the text box and adds the listed Gems, Summons, potions, or chests straight to your inventory. Each code works only once per account, so re-entering the same code afterward won’t produce a second reward.
