The Memoria Maker is a crafting bench coming to Anime Vanguards as part of the Anniversary update. It lets you fold three Memorias together into a single, stronger piece by keeping one as a base and feeding the other two in as material. The result is one Memoria that carries its original passive at full strength plus two extra passives pulled from the consumed pieces.
Quick answer: Pick one Base Memoria (kept at 100%) and two Donor Memorias whose first passives transfer at 50% and 30%. The donors are destroyed, the craft always succeeds, and it costs 1 Memoria Puzzle Piece.
What Memoria are and where the Maker fits
Memoria are equippable items that attach to nearly any unit, similar to Familiars. Each one adds flat Damage and Range and carries at least one unique passive, and some are specialized to a specific unit for extra effects. Memoria live in their own inventory tab, sorted by rarity, and they can roll Traits just like units do.

Because a Memoria’s stats scale with the unit it sits on, the passive it carries often matters more than the raw numbers. The Memoria Maker exists to combine those passives, so a single equipped piece can push a unit’s damage and range while stacking effects that used to require separate items.

Add to Google Preferences →How the Memoria Maker fuses three Memorias
The Maker always works with three Memorias at once. One sits in the base slot and survives the craft. The other two are donors and are permanently destroyed. Only the first passive of each donor carries over, and only at a fraction of its listed power.
- Base (KEEP): retains its artwork, level, stats, Trait, and first passive at 100%.
- Donor slot 2 (CONSUME): only its first passive transfers, scaled to 50%.
- Donor slot 3 (CONSUME): only its first passive transfers, scaled to 30%.
- Cost: 1 Memoria Puzzle Piece per craft.

Second and third passives on the donors are ignored. Only the first passive on each donor is eligible to transfer, so plan around whichever passive sits in slot one.
What the 50% and 30% numbers mean
The two percentages are not craft success odds. Crafting always succeeds. They are multipliers applied to the numerical strength of the inherited passive, which keeps stacked effects from becoming overpowered.
the 50%/30% isnt the “chance of success” for crafting or anything, thats always guaranteed. its a multiplier on the passive; for example if you have a +100% damage multiplier in a memoria’s passive, in the 2nd slot that’d be 100% * 50% = +50% damage instead of +100%. so it’s weaker to balance it out
In practice, a passive worth +100% damage lands as +50% in the second slot and +30% in the third. Put the strongest passive on your base Memoria so it stays at full value, and use the donor slots for effects that still help even when scaled down.
Crafting a Memoria step by step
BASE - KEEP slot. This piece holds onto its artwork, level, stats, Trait, and full-strength first passive.DONOR - CONSUME slot 3. Its first passive will carry over at 30%. Use Reset if you want to clear the slots and start over.Review & craft to confirm. The base Memoria updates with its two new inherited passives, both donors leave your inventory, and one Memoria Puzzle Piece is spent. That combined piece is your confirmation the craft worked.First-passive combinations worth planning
Since only first passives transfer, the pieces you feed in matter. Several high-tier Memoria carry damage-boosting first passives that pair well when stacked onto a strong base.
| Memoria | First passive | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Battle of the Strongest | Wanton Destruction | +45% damage to Timestopped or Dismantled enemies |
| Gaze of the Strongest | Voided Gaze | +45% damage to timestopped or timestop-lockout enemies |
| Blazing Inferno | Fires of Destruction | +30% damage to burning enemies |
| Shackled Sight | Bleeding Devotion | Attacks apply bleed for 5% of damage over 8s |

Because damage bonuses that share a condition can layer, timestop-focused teams gain the most from pairing pieces like Wanton Destruction and Voided Gaze. Keep the effect you want at full value on the base and treat the donor passives as reduced-power extras rather than the main draw.
Sharing one Memoria across team presets
You do not need to craft a separate copy for every team. The same Memoria can be equipped across multiple saved presets at once, so a single crafted piece can sit on one unit in a Holy team and another unit in a Fire team without cloning it.
Build one strong Memoria and slot it into several presets before spending Puzzle Pieces on duplicates. This cuts the grind of optimizing six units per team.
Where the Memoria Maker fits in the Anniversary update
The Maker arrives alongside a broad set of Anniversary changes. Story Mode is being restructured into one act per stage instead of Acts 1 through 6, and a game-wide damage compression will lower all numbers without shifting unit balance. Ascensions are being removed in favor of a Unit Mastery system, and a card battle mode called AV TCG is being added, with cards like Artist’s Blessing that destroy a target unit on play. No official release date for the update is currently confirmed.

Keep the Memoria Maker separate in your head from Familiar Fusion, which combines demon Familiars into higher-tier units and is tied to specific new units. The Memoria Maker only ever touches Memoria, keeps one base intact, and hands you a single fused piece for the price of one Memoria Puzzle Piece.
