Reach Gambler III or higher by killing rival-server players for +9 points each, then spend Insignia before the reset.

Abyssal Insignia in Architect is a PvP currency you earn by climbing the Abyss Battlefield rank ladder. Your final rank at each weekly and season reset decides how much Insignia you receive, and that Insignia is the only way to buy the mode’s exclusive card packs and upgrade materials.

Quick answer: Enter the Battlefield of Valor combat zones, use the Detect list to find enemy players from other servers, and defeat them for +9 points each. Push your rank to at least Gambler III (1,100 points) before the reset, then spend your Insignia in the Abyssal Token Shop.

What Abyssal Insignia buys in the Abyssal Token Shop

Abyssal Insignia is a resource earned by building up combat merit in the Abyss Battlefield. You spend it in the Abyssal Token Shop, which stocks constellation card packs alongside consumables and upgrade items. The most valuable pull is the top-tier card pack, so plan your target rank around affording it before the shop resets.

The 3~5★ Abyss Battlefield Card Pack gives one Grace of the Constellations card, with a 2.5% chance at each 5-star result and larger odds for the lower tiers. These cards are otherwise only found at the Golden Coin Shop, which is what makes the 1,000-Insignia pack the main goal for most players.

Abyss Battlefield rank thresholds

Your point total maps to a named rank tier, and the higher tiers pay out more Insignia in both the Weekly Reward and Season Rewards. A realistic and efficient target is 1,000 to 1,100+ points, which clears Gambler I through Gambler III. The two Slaughterer tiers are gated by server leaderboard position, not points alone.

RankPoints required
Gambler I1,000
Gambler II1,050
Gambler III1,100
Duelist I1,200
Duelist II1,300
Duelist III1,400
Slaughterer II1,500 (Top 20 players)
Slaughterer I1,850 (Top 15 players)

Check the Abyss Battlefield Rank Info menu before you commit a session. It shows your current points, the next tier, and the time remaining on the reward window, so you can judge how many kills you still need.

How Abyss Battlefield points work

Points come from player-versus-player combat inside the contested zones, not from mobs. Each enemy player you defeat awards a fixed +9 points, so a run is really a count of successful kills against opponents from other servers.

Daily Insignia Cap00:03Daily Insignia Cap
Combat merit only builds while you are actively fighting inside a contested zone, so keep pressing the attack rather than idling. Shown at 00:03 in The Daniel Droege Show’s video.
  • Each rival-player kill grants +9 points toward your rank total.
  • Dying to an opponent reduces your rank points, so every death sets you back.
  • You cannot safely AFK in the combat zones, because hostile players roam them freely.
  • Insignia is paid out at the Weekly reset and again at the end of the Season based on your final rank.

Because deaths subtract points, a losing fight can cost you progress rather than just wasting time. Disengage and pick a softer target instead of feeding an opponent kills.

Avoiding PvP Losses00:28Avoiding PvP Losses
Losing a duel like this drops your points, which is why target selection matters as much as raw damage. Shown at 00:28 in The Daniel Droege Show’s video.

Matchmaking for the current cycle runs until before the 2026-10-14 maintenance, after which the window closes. Bank your kills and spend your Insignia before that reset.

How to farm Abyssal Insignia in the Abyss Battlefield

Open the Abyss Battlefield menu and read the Rank Info table. Note your current points and how far you are from your next tier, so you know exactly how many kills the session needs.
Leave the safe camp at Redoubt of Valor and travel into the lawless combat zones, such as Battlefield of Valor Zone 1 or Zone 2. Mount up to cover ground quickly between the camp and the fighting.
Teleporting to Ruins of Turayne00:41Teleporting to Ruins of Turayne
Push out from the safe camp toward the contested ground where other players gather. Shown at 00:41 in SgStigma’s video.
Open the world map to find a zone that currently holds opposing players, then move or teleport toward it. Zones with active enemies from other servers are where your points come from, so avoid empty areas.
Approaching the Red Light Column01:24Approaching the Red Light Column
Scout the contested area from high ground before diving in, so you can pick which opponents to chase. Shown at 01:24 in SgStigma’s video.
Use the Detect tab in the HUD’s upper-right corner to reveal nearby enemy players. Choose one from the list and lock on; it will track them automatically, sparing you a manual search through the crowd.
Close the distance and burst your target down using crowd control, damage combos, and shields to survive the trade. Each defeated opponent shows a “You defeated [name]” popup and awards +9 points.

If a target disengages or runs, switch to another name in the Detect list instead of chasing. Camps and clustered fights are efficient because you can chain several kills in one place.

Contested camps put several targets in one spot, letting you stack kills before repositioning. Image: via @CodeSwarmx
Repeat kills until your points cross the tier you set in Step 1. Since roughly 12 kills at +9 each add just over 100 points, plan enough time to clear a full tier before the weekly or monthly reset.

How to confirm your rank and claim rewards

You know a kill counted when the “+9 Point” and “You defeated [name]” popups appear on screen. To confirm your standing overall, reopen the Abyss Battlefield Rank Info menu and check that your total has risen and your rank badge shows the new tier.

Once your rank sits at Gambler III or higher, the Weekly Reward and Season Rewards will grant enough Abyssal Insignia to buy the top card packs. Spend that Insignia in the Abyssal Token Shop before the reward window closes, since unspent balance does not help your next rank climb.
