Every collectible type packed into the New Bone island in the Serranilla region, plus how to reveal them all.

New Bone is one of the named islands in the Serranilla region of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. It holds a compact set of collectibles spread across six different types, making it a quick stop once you sail into the area.

Quick answer: Synchronize the single Viewpoint on New Bone to mark every collectible except the Mayan Stelae solutions on the map, then press D-Pad Down to filter icons by type and clear the island’s 7 collectibles.

Reveal the icons on New Bone

Climb and synchronize the Viewpoint on New Bone. Doing this marks the island’s collectibles on your map, so you can plan the fastest route between them.

Open the map and press D-Pad Down to filter collectibles by type. This lets you isolate a single icon set, such as the two Assassin Contracts or the lone Chest, instead of sorting through every marker at once.
Work through the Chest, Secret, and Animal first since they appear directly on the map after syncing, then finish the Mayan Stelae, which requires solving its projection puzzle in person rather than simply walking to a pin.

Note: The sea map around New Bone becomes unfogged as you conquer forts across the Caribbean, which makes navigating to the island easier during cleanup.

Availability and missable status

Nothing on New Bone is missable. Free-roam remains open after the story ends, and you can return to the island at any point to finish anything you skipped. Unlike the neighboring Isla Providencia in the same Serranilla region, which only becomes reachable during or after Sequence 08, New Bone does not require you to reach a late story mission before you can explore it fully.

Confirm New Bone is complete

New Bone carries its own completion tracker, the same as every named island in the game. Open the island’s tracker and check that all six collectible categories read as fully collected. When the Viewpoint, both Assassin Contracts, the Mayan Stelae, the Chest, the Secret, and the Animal all register, the island counts as done and contributes to your overall completion total across the 46 named locations.
