Here's the current launch window, platform expectations, and setting details for Dynamis One's magic RPG.

Here’s the current launch window, platform expectations, and setting details for Dynamis One’s magic RPG.

Astrae Oratio, the debut RPG from Dynamis One and publisher NC (formerly NCSOFT), is on track to launch in 2026. The studio is steadily rolling out characters, world details, and gameplay trailers, but it has not yet locked in a specific day or a confirmed platform list.

Quick answer: Astrae Oratio is confirmed for a 2026 release. No exact date, time, or official platform lineup has been announced yet, so treat any single-month prediction as unconfirmed.

Astrae Oratio release window: 2026

The launch status sits at Window. Dynamis One and NC have committed to a 2026 release through the game’s “Super Teaser PV,” but they have not narrowed that down to a quarter, month, or date. There is no confirmed release time or time zone at this point.

The marketing cadence has picked up. The official website went live on April 30, 2026 with a seven-day countdown, followed by a string of teaser visuals on May 7, May 12, and May 19. NC then confirmed on June 23, 2026 that it had signed on as the publisher, releasing the game’s first character preview trailer alongside that news. A pre-registration period is the usual next step for a launch like this, though one has not opened yet.

Platforms: mobile expected, nothing officially confirmed

NC has not published an official platform list. The game is widely expected to arrive on iPhone and Android, which lines up with Dynamis One’s earlier mobile-focused plans. There is currently no sign of a PC version or a Switch 2 release, so plan around a mobile launch for now.

Note: Because the storefronts are still listed as unconfirmed, avoid pre-ordering or registering through any third-party page claiming to offer access. Wait for the App Store and Google Play listings to appear through the official website.

What Astrae Oratio is

Astrae Oratio, officially shortened to Asora, is a “shindenki” magic RPG built around two clashing ideas, magic and bureaucracy. The name comes from Latin and translates to “Prayer of the Stars.” It is the first project from Dynamis One, a Korean studio formed by developers known for their work on Blue Archive, and it arrives after the cancellation of their earlier title, Project KV.

The setting is a fantasy version of Tokyo in the year ’89, described in-game as Reisei Year 9, a city pushed roughly a century ahead of the Tokyo we know. You do not play as a magician. Instead you control the Shunin, a low-ranking civil servant assigned to the Special District Office, an agency hidden beneath Tokyo Tower that manages the affairs of the city’s magicians. Your job is to mediate disputes between magical factions, which are organized around Tokyo’s administrative wards.

Combat appears to be turn-based with gacha mechanics. Magicians fight using Artifacts that channel their will, and disputes are formally settled through a Trial of Domination, also called a duel.

Factions and characters revealed so far

The teaser rollout introduced five clans, each tied to a Tokyo ward, with one still kept secret. NC has shown 12 characters and world settings, 13 comics, and four SD stamps through the teaser site.

Named characters include Ai Hiwagashiakari, the mysterious head of the Special District Office and the Shunin’s direct superior, alongside Erin Tanaka of the Minato Girls. The teaser materials also reference Riria and Anna among the cast.

Where to follow for the date reveal

Several teasers and a full-length trailer are already out, and the developer is increasing the pace of new content as launch approaches. The most reliable way to catch the eventual date, pre-registration opening, and storefront links is to watch the game’s official channels directly. New trailers land on the official YouTube channel.

Until NC publishes a firm date, the only solid commitment is a 2026 launch. Expect a pre-registration window and a platform confirmation to land before any specific release day is set.
