Borderlands 4: Find Another Way to the Tower in Digi-Gauntlet M3_Final_v5

The crane cargo drop, the cargo bridge, and the canopy grapple that push this Providence Island objective forward.

The “Find another way to the tower” step in Digi-Gauntlet: M3_Final_v5 hands you a Tediore facility on Providence Island and no marked path forward. The route is a short environmental puzzle rather than a fight, and it hinges on one shot at a crane cable that turns a hanging cargo container into a bridge.

Quick answer: Shoot the red release mechanism on the crane cable to drop the cargo container, walk across the container to reach the Vinechoker Canopy, then grapple over the last gap to arrive at the Tediore Receiving & Transit A waypoint.

Objective list for Digi-Gauntlet: M3_Final_v5

Several objectives sit in the log at the same time during this stretch, which is part of why the route feels unclear. Only one of them actually gates your progress here.

Objective textWhat it means right now
Find Logistics and Shipping ManagerThe longer mission goal that stays on the tracker while you move through the facility.
Find another way to the towerThe active step. The direct path is blocked, so you need the crane route.
Drop down the Crane cargoAppears once you reach the outdoor walkway. This is the shot that builds your bridge.
Remove Tediore presenceCombat cleanup tied to the area, not a requirement for crossing the gap.

Route through the Tediore facility to the tower waypoint

From the metallic interior of the facility, work your way up to the upper level. The whole detour runs above ground floor height, so anything that takes you down is the wrong direction.
Kill the Supervisor guarding the doorway on that upper level. It is a single named enemy rather than a wave, and dropping it opens the way into the corridor network.

Follow the corridors past the doorway and exit through the window onto the outdoor walkway. Stepping outside is what puts the crane in view and brings up the cargo objective.
Look for the cargo container hanging from the crane over the gap. Line yourself up on the walkway so you have a clear view of the cable above the container.

Shoot the red release mechanism on the crane cable. It is highlighted with a target marker, and a single hit is enough to send the container down into the gap below.

Jump down onto the fallen container and use it as a platform to cross. Clear any Tediore drones that harass you mid-crossing, since falling here means climbing back up to the walkway.

Head into the Vinechoker Canopy on the other side and grapple across the final gap. The grapple swing lands you in the area that triggers the next waypoint.

How to tell the objective advanced

Two on-screen cues confirm it worked. The “Entering Area Waypoint” prompt appears for Tediore Receiving & Transit A once you land past the canopy, and the mission log updates off “Find another way to the tower” to the next step. If the tracker still reads the old line after the grapple, you have not crossed the boundary yet and need to push further into the new area.

If the cargo bridge does not appear

The container only falls when the red release mechanism on the cable takes a hit. Shooting the container itself, the crane arm, or the supports does nothing, so reposition on the walkway until the marked release point is unobstructed and fire again.

Note: clearing Tediore enemies in the area is not what opens the route. The gap stays impassable until the cargo drops, regardless of how much of the facility you clean out.

Once the waypoint registers, the mission carries on from Tediore Receiving & Transit A and the crane section is behind you for good. The container stays where it fell, so backtracking across it later is straightforward if you want to sweep the walkway area you skipped.
