Breathedge 2: How to Unlock the Shipbuilder Achievement (-5% Oxygen)

Repair and fire off the Thronehauler toilet rocket to cut your suit's oxygen drain by five percent permanently.

Repair and fire off the Thronehauler toilet rocket to cut your suit’s oxygen drain by five percent permanently.

Shipbuilder is one of the easier permanent buffs in Breathedge 2, and it costs you a short flight and a handful of common materials. The reward is a 5% cut to oxygen consumption, which stretches every trip you take out of the crashed train for the rest of your run.

Quick answer: Fly right out of the starting station, follow the train tracks to the floating asteroid, repair the Thronehauler with 3 Plastic, 4 Metal, and 2 Wires, then check the engines to launch it.

Materials needed to repair the Thronehauler

Bring everything with you before you leave. The asteroid sits far enough out that a return trip for a single missing Wire will eat a chunk of your air.

Plastic3
Metal4
Wires2

Metal is the easiest of the three to top up. The Scrap tool breaks open metal balls and barrels scattered around the Outskirts, and those drop the Metal you need. Fill your suit at the train’s oxygen machine before you set out, since there is no refill point at the launch site.

Route to the Thronehauler asteroid

Leave the starting space station and turn right. You are heading away from the station along the line of power cables, not down the middle of the debris field.
Hug the right-hand side of the cable line as you fly. There is an automated turret near the “TICKETS” sign, and staying to the right of the cables keeps you outside its firing arc.
Pick up the train tracks and follow them out. They run straight to the floating asteroid that holds the launch platform, so you do not need a quest marker to find it.
Land on the platform and look for the toilet bolted to a gas tank. That is the Thronehauler, and approaching it puts a “Launch the Thronehauler” task on your screen.

Repair and launch the Thronehauler

Interact with the Thronehauler to open its repair prompt. Each slot shows how much of the material you still owe it, counting up to 3/3 Plastic, 4/4 Metal, and 2/2 Wires.
Feed in all three materials until every slot is full. The rocket will not accept a partial repair, so anything you are short on has to be gathered first.
Use the “Check the engines” prompt on the repaired rocket. That fires the engines, sends the toilet off the platform, and blows it apart a moment later.

Sweep the area after the blast. The explosion scatters usable materials around the platform, so you can partly refund what the repair cost you before flying back.

Confirming the Shipbuilder unlock and its bonus

A “NEW ACHIEVEMENT!” banner for Shipbuilder pops the instant the rocket goes up. To double-check it stuck, open the Achievements tab in the menu and find the entry.

BonusTook my breath away. Oxygen consumption -5%

The bonus is passive and permanent. It lowers the rate your suit burns air rather than raising your maximum, so it does not change the 600-point capacity on the early suit — it just makes those 600 points last longer on every flight.

Why the achievement fails to trigger

Only two things realistically stop this one. The first is arriving without the full 3 Plastic, 4 Metal, and 2 Wires, which leaves the repair incomplete and the engine prompt unavailable. The second is dying on the way out to the turret near the “TICKETS” sign, which is why the right-hand approach along the cables matters.

Repairing the rocket on its own does nothing. The achievement is tied to the launch itself, so you have to trigger the engines and watch it go.

Two other achievements hand out the same -5% oxygen consumption bonus — Consistency, for slotting the large “4” onto the station sign, and Biometrics, for completing the painted bench picture. If you are chasing longer flights early on, those pair naturally with Shipbuilder and cost about as little effort.
