Build a Ring Farm Wizard Event: Plantditch Rings, Magic Dust, and Wizard Pass

Every mechanic in the Wizard Event, from the flying ring runs to crate drop rates and the Magic Crystal buff.

The Wizard Event packs several overlapping systems into one limited window, and they all feed into a single currency called Magic Dust. Between a flying ring mini game, a 40-tier pass, timed quests, a spin crate, and a tap-based crystal buff, it is easy to skip something that matters. Here is how each part works and how they connect.

Quick answer: Collect Magic Dust from the Wizard Pass, from dust that spawns on the map, and from Plantditch ring runs, then spend it at 125 Magic Dust per Wizard Crate spin. Fly the Plantditch rings whenever they go live and tap the Magic Crystal each time you pass it to keep your farm buffs stacked.

Plantditch ring event and how the farm boost stacks

The Plantditch mini event is the centerpiece of the update. When it goes active, look at your first hotbar slot, tap the Vine Glider icon to equip it, then click the screen. Your character hops on a broom and lifts off into the sky.

Once you are airborne, the whole map turns into a Quidditch-style flying zone. Rings scatter across the sky above your farm, and your job is to steer the broom through them.

Each ring you pass through grants a +15% farm boost tied to a countdown. The timer starts at 30 seconds on your first ring, and every additional ring adds +30 seconds. Chain rings together without stopping and that boost window keeps growing, so staying in the zone pays off more than a single pass.

Every 5 rings you clear, the game rolls a random reward. The possible drops are Fertilizer, Magic Dust, and Sprays. Because the rings pay out both a speed boost and Magic Dust, this is the run you drop everything for when it appears.

How to get Magic Dust

Magic Dust is the main currency for everything crate-related in the event, so it is worth farming from all three sources at once.

  • Wizard Pass rewards hand out Magic Dust as you climb tiers.
  • Magic Dust spawns across the map while the event is running, so simply playing collects it.
  • Plantditch ring runs drop dust on top of the farm boost.

The most efficient approach is to stay active during the event window, jump on the broom whenever Plantditch goes live, and keep working quests to push the pass forward.

Wizard Pass tiers and rewards

The Wizard Pass is the event’s progression track. It runs 40 tiers, with a free track and a paid premium track. Rewards across both tracks include Magic Dust, Fertilizer, Spray, Fertilizer Crate, Spray Crate, and the Runebell Seed Pack.

The premium track costs 79 Robux and unlocks double or triple rewards across the tiers. It is not required to play the event, but if you are grinding Magic Dust or want more crates, premium returns noticeably more value per tier.

Wizard Quests that level the pass

You move up those 40 tiers by completing Wizard Quests, which come in two types. Daily Quests and Hourly Quests both award XP, and that XP is what advances the pass.

The quest objectives line up with normal play, so you rarely have to change how you farm. Typical tasks include:

  • Completing contracts
  • Working the compost machine
  • Playing for a set amount of time
  • Upgrading your plants
  • Applying fertilizers to your crops

Because most of these happen during a regular session, staying active is enough to rack up XP steadily and keep the tiers moving.

Wizard Crate drop rates and spin costs

The Wizard Crate is the event’s spin system, and it is where your Magic Dust goes. Each spin costs 125 Magic Dust. If you prefer Robux, one spin is 79 Robux and three spins are 199 Robux.

Fertilizer Crate25%
Spray Crate25%
Runebell Seed Pack2.4%

The Wizard Pack is the ultra-rare pull at 0.1%, so treat it as a long shot rather than a target. In practice the Fertilizer and Spray Crates at 25% each make up the bulk of the useful returns, so save your dust and spin in batches when you have enough for a real run.

Magic Crystal mini game and the Wizard Blessing

Directly in front of your farm sits a Magic Crystal you can interact with during the event. Tap it to start a mini game where you tap the crystal repeatedly to fill a progress bar.

Once the bar fills, the witch grants a magic farm boost known as the Wizard Blessing. While it is active, your farm gains strong passive buffs:

  • +30% earnings boost
  • +15% grow speed
  • Magic mutations rain randomly across your farm

Have your farm planted and set up before the Wizard Blessing kicks in so you capture the full grow speed and earnings bonus. The interaction is quick, and it is worth triggering every time it is available.

The Wizard Event rewards players who stay active and watch the map. Fly the Plantditch rings when they appear, tap the Magic Crystal whenever you pass it, keep completing quests to climb the pass, and bank your Magic Dust until you can spin the Wizard Crate in a proper run.
