A mission in Chop Chop Inc calls for a Candy Dispenser, but the crafting menu never shows a recipe for it. That is by design. The Candy Dispenser is a blueprint you collect off the ground, not something you unlock through progression or buy from a shop. It sits beneath the cannon platform, and reaching it means dropping off a cliff.
Quick answer: Go to the cannon platform, look over the cliff edge for a patch of green bushes below, and drop down toward them. The blueprint is tucked under the platform next to those bushes.

The blueprint is hidden on the underside of the cannon platform. Most players stand on top of the cannon and never think to check below it, which is exactly why the pickup is easy to miss. Follow these steps to reach it.
Note: This is a real cliff, not a short ledge, and falls deal damage in Chop Chop Inc. Look down and line up with the bushes before you jump, and consider saving first if your health is low.
Can’t find the cannon platform yet
If the cannon platform does not exist in your world yet, you simply have not reached that point in the game. The cannon is a built structure connected to one of the biggest mission chains, and it is unlocked by pushing through the main missions until the cannon foundation appears as something you can construct.
The cannon asks for an enormous amount of value once it is built. You load it with furniture and fire it off, and players have reported grinding through a full day just to reach the 25,000 it demanded. If you are early in the game, keep progressing the main objectives. The blueprint will still be waiting under the platform when you get there.
Why the Candy Dispenser recipe is missing from crafting
In Chop Chop Inc, not every recipe comes from progression, shops, or NPCs. A number of blueprints are physical objects placed around the map, and until you physically walk over one, that item does not exist in your crafting menu at all. The Candy Dispenser is one of these world pickups, which is why searching every bench turns up nothing.
Once you understand that the game hides recipes this way, other “missing” items start to make sense. The mysterious well and the hidden hamster questline are easy to walk straight past for the same reason. When a mission asks for something you cannot craft, stop checking menus and start checking undersides, bushes, and cliff edges. If you have already crafted the Candy Dispenser and know its recipe, that detail is not needed to get the blueprint itself, since collecting the pickup is what unlocks it.
