Grow a Chicken Fighter: How to Speed Up Progress Around Rebirth (Roblox)

The exact fusion, upgrade, and money timing that turns each rebirth into a fast restart.

The exact fusion, upgrade, and money timing that turns each rebirth into a fast restart.

Rebirth is the main growth lever in Grow a Chicken Fighter, and the money you keep or waste right before you reset decides how fast the next run starts. The goal is simple. Spend every spare coin on things that carry value through a rebirth, and hold anything that pays out cash so you can claim it the moment your farm resets.

Quick answer: Before you rebirth, fuse every uncombined chicken in the Flock menu to burn leftover money, and complete missions and daily rewards, but do not claim them. Rebirth, then claim those saved rewards immediately for a large starter cash boost.

Prepare before you rebirth

A rebirth wipes your cash, so any money sitting in your balance at the reset is money thrown away. Convert that surplus into permanent progress and stored payouts first.

Open the Flock menu and fuse any chickens you have not combined yet. Fusion is the cleanest way to turn spare coins into stronger fighters that survive the reset, so drain your balance here rather than leaving it to disappear.
Open the Rewards menu and finish your missions and daily streak, but leave the payouts unclaimed. Completed missions such as FIFTEEN EGGS TODAY (+15.8K) and FULL HOUSE (+31.7K) stay ready to collect even after a rebirth.
Trigger the rebirth from the REBIRTH TO GROW panel. The instant your farm resets, return to Rewards and claim everything you held. Those stored payouts land as a large lump of starter cash, letting you rebuild core upgrades far faster than starting from zero.

You know it worked when your balance jumps immediately after the reset. If a mission does not pay out, it was likely claimed too early, before the rebirth, so it no longer counts as saved.

Order feeder and coop upgrades to keep costs low

Feeders and the coop compete for the same early cash, and buying them out of order stalls your income. The efficient pattern is to push feeders up to level 11 first, since each of those upgrades costs around 1.7K, before you spend 3.0K on the level 2 coop.

After the coop hits level 2, keep upgrading feeders until each one costs roughly 3.3K. Only then step up to the 9.0K coop upgrade. This staggered order keeps every purchase affordable and prevents a big coop cost from draining you before your feeders can pay it back.

Upgrade stepApproximate costWhen to buy
Feeder to level 11~1.7K eachFirst priority before any coop
Coop level 23.0KAfter feeders reach level 11
Feeder past level 11up to ~3.3K eachBefore the next coop tier
Coop level 39.0KOnce feeders cost ~3.3K

Collect money faster on busy servers

On crowded servers, the Take Goods area gets contested and you lose time fighting other players for the same pickups. Pull your money from the tower instead. It is a more reliable stream when the server is full.

The exception is the Golden Chicken event. During that window, the Take Goods activity is worth prioritizing because the payout spikes, so switch back to it while the event is active and return to the tower once it ends.

Fuse to keep the higher rarity

Fusion does not average your chickens down to the weaker one. When you fuse a higher-tier chicken with a lower-tier one, the result keeps the higher rarity. Combine a Celestial chicken with a Legendary chicken, for example, and the output stays Celestial.

That makes lower-tier birds useful as fusion fuel. You can feed weaker chickens into a strong one to build up its mutation stats without dropping the rarity you worked to earn.

Time recycler upgrades to the Golden Chicken event

Recycler upgrades pay back fastest when income is already boosted. Hold your recycler investment for the Golden Chicken event and upgrade it while that event is running. The higher earnings during the event mean the upgrade recovers its cost quicker and compounds your money-making for the rest of the run.

Stacked together, these habits form one repeatable cycle. Spend surplus cash on fusions before every reset, bank your mission and daily rewards for the moment you rebirth, upgrade feeders and the coop in the cheap order, and save recycler and Take Goods pushes for the Golden Chicken event. Each rebirth then starts richer than the last.
