Click through any daily reward prompt that appears, then look for the oddly-shaped object near the van on the main menu screen. Clicking it opens the code entry box.

Press the Redeem button and watch for the reward to appear on screen. Mula updates in your currency total immediately, and cosmetic items like stickers show up in your inventory for equipping before your next run.
