One of the Power Upgrade Points in Control Resonant sits inside Underhill’s Sewer Lab in The Park zone. It is locked behind a set of blue double doors at the Sewer Entrance, so you cannot walk straight in and grab it. The point is tied to the “New Growth” side quest, and the equipment cache that holds it only opens once you have the key that Underhill gives you.
Quick answer: Talk to Underhill at her apartment to start “New Growth” and receive the Key to Underhill’s Sewer Lab, then unlock the Sewer Entrance door and smash the marked equipment box inside to earn the Power Upgrade Point.
What this Power Upgrade Point does and where it is
Power Upgrade Points raise Dylan’s maximum Power, the resource spent on Combat Abilities. They stack in groups of three, so you need to collect 3 points before your total Power actually goes up. The one in Underhill’s Lab counts toward that set.

Collect the Power Upgrade Point in Underhill’s Lab
Head to Underhill’s Apartment in The Park, north of the Sewer Entrance. It is marked on the map as the “New Growth” quest location, and you can reach it through the same sewer tunnel network that connects to the locked door.
Speak with Underhill to trigger the “New Growth” side quest. She asks Dylan to harvest samples, and once the conversation ends she hands over the key with the line, “There’s the key to my lab.” You get a +1 Key to Underhill’s Sewer Lab notification and the quest updates.
Follow the sewer-pipe passage back toward the Sewer Entrance, taking the route that links Underhill’s Apartment to the FBC Base. This is the circular conduit that drops you out right next to the locked door.
Approach the blue double doors and press the interact button to unlock them. With the key in your inventory, the “Key Required” prompt no longer appears, and the doors open into the lab.
Go to Underhill’s Lab and check the map if you need help locating the objective. The equipment container is on the shelf beside the workbench, identified by a yellow quest icon.
Interact with the equipment box to smash it open. This collects the quest equipment and awards the Power Upgrade Point, shown on screen as “Power Upgrade Point 3/3.”
As soon as you break the box, the “Power Upgrade Point 3/3” notification appears and reminds you that collecting 3 points raises your total Power. After banking three points, Dylan’s Power maximum rises, leaving you with more resource to use on Combat Abilities.
