Control Resonant: How to Reroute East Park Station (Power Lines Walkthrough)

The “Reroute East Park Station” step of the Power Lines quest sits in the Central district and turns on the station’s routing console. To finish it you have to power four breaker units on the lower subway platform, which means finding four power cores and dropping each one into its marked floor socket before you can pull the final switch.

Quick answer: Place all four power cores into the yellow floor sockets on the lower platform, activate each breaker terminal, then interact with the main console using L1 to reroute the station.

What you need before starting

The whole task happens inside East Park Station, reached by the street-level stairs across from a gas station. Everything you need is already on site, so there is no gear or level requirement to worry about.

Four power cores in total, all found within the station.
Four yellow floor sockets on the lower subway platform.
A clear path to each socket, since growth can block the floor.
The main organ-pipe console marked with LEVEL 1 SECURITY CLEARANCE.

You cannot use most interactions while carrying a core. The Square prompt reads “Not While Carrying,” so drop a core into its socket first before operating any nearby terminal.

Where the four power cores are

Two cores are waiting on the lower platform itself. The other two sit in the back storage room of the 24/7 convenience store on the upper concourse, behind the counter gate.

Reroute East Park Station step by step

Enter East Park Station from the street via the staircase, then head for the train platform below. Use a melee strike on any hostile growth or anomalies covering the floor, clearing access to the sockets.

Collect the platform core nearest the area and fit it into a floor socket outlined in yellow. Press the Circle prompt to insert the core.

Interact with the breaker terminal next to the slotted core to engage it. Then cross through the overgrown tunnel to the opposite platform, slot the second on-site core, and activate that console as well.

Go back upstairs to the concourse, then enter the 24/7 convenience store with the BEST VALUE sign. Behind the counter, access the rear storage room, where the two remaining portable cores are located.

Carry the first store core down the platform stairs and drop it into one of the vacant yellow sockets. Head back up, grab the second store core, and bring it down to the final empty socket so all four are filled.

Approach the primary organ-pipe console standing on the floor stencil that reads LEVEL 1 SECURITY CLEARANCE. Press L1 to run the reroute sequence.

How to confirm the station is rerouted

When the console fires, the station reroutes its power lines and “Reroute East Park Station” checks off in the quest log. Open the district map and the objective marker at this station clears, leaving the remaining Power Lines target at Factory Station in Central as your next stop.
