Where to find the Atlantis Cafe in Downtown
Look in Downtown, northwest of the Oldest House and roughly one street from its entrance. Exploring the area before heading toward Central may lead you to the cafe without needing to seek it out.
Reaching this pocket of Downtown needs the Shift traversal ability, which you unlock at the West Incursion Zone Fault. If you arrive too early, mark it and come back once Shift is in your kit.
A SECRET marker appears on the map near Central Checkpoint only when Dylan gets close. The location remains unmarked until then, so continue exploring the area if you don’t see it yet.
An electronic road sign outside is a useful clue: its changing detour messages make the storefront easy to spot. Go beneath the awning and enter the cafe.
Read the note and restore the power first
Grab the note off the front counter before you touch anything. It’s written by the owner, Becky, who describes turning on every appliance when opening up, starting with the smallest device and ending with the largest. That single detail is the whole logic behind the order below.
Start by switching on the electrical breaker mounted on the wall, left of the counter. This brings the power back and lets you use the appliances. It can be overlooked; without it, every appliance stays unresponsive, so make it your first action.

Once the power is restored, activate the six appliances in order of size, from smallest to largest. The radio is easy to overlook because it stands alone across the dining area, away from the machines behind the counter.
The fridge won’t activate until the breaker has begun the puzzle and the five earlier appliances are on. If the panel doesn’t open, repeat the sequence starting with the radio.
How to confirm it worked and the Health Upgrade reward
When you enter the sequence correctly, a panel behind the kitchen counter shifts aside to expose a concealed corridor. Go down the concrete stairwell to an underground office room.
Open the Third Ice cooler chest indoors and take the Health Upgrade Point. Collecting three of these points around the city increases Dylan’s maximum health, so pick up each one you come across. Check the whole room before heading out, too, because extra lore documents are hidden there.
