The Urban Fresh Mart is one of the enterable stores you can explore early in the West Incursion Zone. Inside, two short notes and a soda machine hide the code to a locked back door, and behind that door sits a permanent Health Upgrade Point along with a handful of collectible documents.

Quick answer: Read both store notes, check the soda machine’s flashing lights, then enter the reversed sequence 1213 into the register to unlock the basement and collect the Health Upgrade Point.

Where to find Urban Fresh Mart in West Incursion Zone

The mart sits toward the eastern part of the West Incursion Zone, close to the soda dispenser area found nearby. The quickest way to pin it down is to open your map and look for the Large Resource Crate icon in the zone.

Once you reach that crate, turn your attention slightly north and the store will be right there. Walking along the sidewalk rather than the road makes the open doorway easier to spot. Look for the red Urban Fresh signboard above the entrance to confirm you are in the right place.

Find both notes for the puzzle clue

The store looks empty at first, but two small notes carry the clue you need. Grab both before touching the register.

Head to the cash register counter just inside the entrance and read the yellow “Reversed Drink Order” note beside the gum machine. It states that the distributor is reversing the drink order.

Walk to the back-left corner of the store, facing away from the door. Near the wall with the odd drawing, find the “Soda dispenser debate” note tucked below the cold drinks signage. It mentions the dispenser’s flashing lights.

Solve the soda machine and register code

With both notes read, the puzzle comes down to the soda machine’s light pattern and the register.

At the Thirst Station fountain beside the front window, activate the machine. The drink indicators on its left blink in sequence, showing the four-digit reading 3121.

Apply the “Reversed Drink Order” hint. Reversing 3121 gives you the correct register code, 1213.

Return to the Jasio register terminal at the front counter and type 1213. Once accepted, the code opens a wall or door to your left.

The code is read straight from the machine and then flipped, so treat 3121 as the raw reading and 1213 as the value you type in.

Basement rewards and how to confirm the puzzle is done

Step through the newly opened door and descend the stairs into the basement corridor. The room opens into a meeting area with a conference table next to a safe.

Collect the glowing Health Upgrade Point (1/3) resting on the table. This is one of three you need to increase your maximum health, and picking it up confirms the puzzle is complete.
