Each code can be claimed once per DevPlay account. Rewards are sent to your in-game mailbox rather than applied instantly, so check your mail after claiming.

How to redeem CookieRun: Crumble codes

Codes are not entered inside the game itself. You need to submit them through the official CookieRun: Crumble coupon page, along with your DevPlay account number.

Open the official coupon page in a browser, on either your phone or computer.

Paste your DevPlay account number into the box under “DevPlay Account.”

Paste one of the active codes into the “Coupon Code” box, matching the spelling exactly.

Complete the “Verify you are human” checkbox, then press the Claim Reward button.

Launch CookieRun: Crumble and open your in-game mail. A successful redemption shows the reward items sitting in your mailbox, ready to collect.

You can also reach the coupon page from inside the game. Go to Menu > Settings > Account > Register Coupon, and tapping Register will exit the app and open the same portal in your browser.

Note: If your mailbox looks empty right after claiming, restart the app once. Mail access also unlocks only after you clear a few early tutorial quests.

Finding your DevPlay account number

The DevPlay account number, labeled MID in-game, is what links a redeemed code to your save file. Here’s where to find it.

Tap the Menu button on the right side of the screen, above the Quest notification.

Tap the cog icon to open Settings.

Switch to the Account tab in the bottom right corner of the Settings menu.

Look for the MID number under Player Info, then tap Copy to save it, ready to paste into the coupon page.
