Fortune Run is a limited-time treasure hunt in Delta Force built around digitized versions of real imperial Chinese porcelain, created in collaboration with the Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Institute. Instead of just clearing a mission, you carry a Treasure Map into an Operations raid, solve its clue to locate a buried cache, dig it up, and race to extract before other players take it from you.
Quick answer: Grab a Treasure Map from a Travel Bag in one of the five Operations maps, take it into that same map, follow the clue to the dig site, interact to pull the treasure, then extract successfully. The reward only counts once you make it out alive.
Fortune Run event schedule
The event went live on August 8 and runs through early September, with individual activities starting on staggered dates. The ticket giveaway wraps earlier than the treasure hunts, so it helps to know what closes when.

Note: Other players know exactly what you are carrying, so expect fights near dig sites and extraction points. Travel with a squad, keep your loadout light, and rotate to an exit as soon as you have the treasure.
How Treasure Maps and rewards work
Finding a cache is only the first half of the job. After you interact with the correct crate you receive the treasure item, and a successful extraction lets you open it safely back in the lobby for one reward from that map’s loot pool. There are 60 Treasure Maps to collect across the event.
The most valuable pull is the special clue map, which points to a hidden dig site and guarantees a red-tier reward instead of leaving it to chance. Every Operations map hides two of these puzzle locations, so learning the landmarks pays off directly. Running your hunts in Normal Mode generally gives stronger reward pools than Easy Mode, and maps you extract with can be brought back in later.
You know a run succeeded when you extract with the treasure and the reward appears when you open it in the lobby. If you die before reaching an exit, the treasure and its reward are lost.
The imperial porcelain relics
Three imperial-tier relics from the Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln collaboration appear in Operations during the event. They are the Snowscarlet Vase, Ducktor Sui, and the Winner Chicken Cup, all digitized recreations of genuine imperial porcelain. You can open the Event scroll and interact with each one to see full 3D artifact details and its backstory.
Free tickets, weapon skins, and Warfare rewards
Even if you skip the treasure hunts, there is a lot to claim just by showing up. Logging in on day one grants 1,000 Limited-Time Delta Tickets, and daily missions plus milestone progress push the total to a guaranteed 2,600 by the end of the giveaway. Those tickets spend in the Event Store on operator cosmetics, weapon components, and high-tier safe room cards.
The headline cosmetic is the Morning Blossom Bundle, a legendary weapon appearance set themed on the porcelain relics. It covers the AS VAL, C1-19, and SMG-45, and is earned through extraction combat tasks, squad milestones, and successful extractions. Hidden Cache Tracking also hands out the Epic Firearm Appearance National Elegance – QJB201, plus the Good Stuff Calling Card, Check Cards Spray Paint, and a Treasure Map Selection Pack for free.
Warfare players get their own version through Fortune Run: Gold Boom, an in-match treasure-hunting mode with limited-time challenges. Completing them unlocks the Smart Pioneer vehicle appearance series, the same National Elegance – QJB201 skin, limited Spray Paint, and a Premium Weapon EXP Token. The Team Up squad challenge pools every member’s kills and wins toward stage missions for Event Tokens.
With the ticket giveaway closing on August 28 and the treasure hunts continuing into early September, the fastest way to make the most of Fortune Run is to stock up on maps early, learn each map’s landmarks, and always play the extraction as carefully as the dig.
