The prehistoric souls-like from Team Spino LLC unlocks worldwide on July 23, with the exact time for every major region.

Dinoblade, the action RPG that casts you as a young Spinosaurus swinging a greatsword through a ruined prehistoric world, has a locked launch time. It arrives on PC through Steam, and the unlock happens at the same moment everywhere, so the calendar day depends on your region.

Quick answer: Dinoblade unlocks on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM UTC on Steam. When your clock passes that moment, the store page’s “Play” download button replaces the “Add to Wishlist” prompt.

Release time: Thursday, July 23, 2026 · 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM UTC

Release status: Confirmed for July 23, 2026

The launch is confirmed by developer and publisher Team Spino LLC, alongside co-publisher Boltray Games. There is a single global unlock, not a staggered rollout, so no region gets early access and none waits longer than the download itself.

Because the timing is fixed to one point in the day, players east of Central Europe cross into Friday, July 24. Use the table to find your local unlock.

Platforms and preload

Dinoblade launches on PC via Steam only. No console versions have been announced, and it is not listed for Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation Plus, or Nintendo Switch Online.

There is no preload. The game files only become available once the unlock time passes, so plan the download for launch rather than ahead of it. You can add it to your library queue now from the Dinoblade Steam page.

What launches with Dinoblade

Dinoblade is a souls-like set after a cataclysmic event that reshaped the dinosaurs. You play a young Spinosaurus wielding a colossal greatsword, moving through biomes that run from dry canyons to mist-heavy jungles. Each region is guarded by an Alpha, an apex predator you must defeat to move forward.

Combat rewards timing. You chain combos, dodge, roll, and parry, and every win unlocks new skills and abilities so you can shape a fighting style. Legendary weapons are hidden across the map, and clearing the final boss opens a Boss Rush Mode.

The single-player campaign ships with English interface, audio, and subtitles, plus subtitle support across a wide set of additional languages including French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Brazilian Portuguese.

Minimum PC requirements

The listed minimum spec is modest, and the install footprint is small. Check these before launch so the download and first boot go smoothly.

How to confirm the game is live

When the unlock time hits, the Steam page stops showing the “Planned Release Date” notice and the wishlist state changes to a purchase and download option. Steam also sends a wishlist notification the moment the title goes live if you have it saved.

If you want to test the game first, a free demo is available on Steam. The demo runs a slice of the same combat, so it is a fast way to check performance on your hardware before the full release drops.
