How to redeem codes in Dinosaur Life
A successful redemption updates your Coin total immediately, visible in the top corner of the screen. If the balance does not change after pressing Enter, the code has already been used on that account or was typed incorrectly.
What Coins unlock
Coins earned from codes go straight toward unlocking new dinosaur species, which is otherwise the slowest part of progressing in the game. Cheaper species can be bought early, while flagship dinosaurs like T-Rex cost a steep 80,000 Coins before any cosmetic skins are factored in.

Using saved Coins to grow and breed a dinosaur
Once a species is unlocked with Coins, growing it to a fully mature female dinosaur enables nesting. Opening the Growth tab through the smiley face button and selecting Place Nest lets a mature female start the breeding process.
Players who start on a male dinosaur can create a second, throwaway character slot at no extra Coin cost. Picking a species with a short 20-minute growth cycle, such as Gallimimus or Velociraptor, gets that character to breeding age quickly.
