Chapter 2: About Thought, Fog, and Light picks up right after you unlock Beekeeping and make Winnie the Pooh a Honeycrunch Bar in the Honeyglow Woods content. This chapter is built around two crafting jobs. First you brew an elixir to clear the fog choking Drowsybloom Acre, then you gather a second batch of materials to rebuild Pooh’s Thoughtful Spot.
Quick answer: Talk to Pooh, cook the Honeyglow Elixir from 1 Sweet Chestnut, 1 Parsnip, 1 Tree Resin, 1 Fog Dust, and 1 Golden Honey, then use it to water the beehive lantern. Follow Pooh up the revealed path and repair the Thoughtful Spot with 3 Golden Honey, 15 Tree Resin, 12 Driftwood, 10 Oak Leaves, and 15 Soft Limestone.
Talk to Pooh and find the lantern
The quest opens with a single objective. Find Winnie the Pooh standing near a tree in Honeyglow Woods and speak to him about the fog. He decides to walk into the mist, so follow him across the stepping stones over the stream to a foggy area near a waterfall.
Talk to Pooh again once you reach the fog. A purple memory orb appears on the ground beside him. Pick it up to add a drawing to your Collection under Honeyglow Woods. The memory spells out a recipe hint, showing honey, a parsnip, tree resin, a watering can, and a glowing lantern. That drawing is your shopping list for the elixir.
Gather ingredients for the Honeyglow Elixir
The Honeyglow Elixir uses one of each ingredient below. A few are already in your bag from Chapter 1, and the rest are quick to collect around the biome.
| Ingredient | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Sweet Chestnut | Harvested from a tree near the cabin in Drowsybloom Acre |
| Parsnip | Grow from Parsnip Seeds bought at the HUNNY stall, roughly 25 coins per seed |
| Tree Resin | Dig it out of the ground with your shovel |
| Fog Dust | Interact with the sparkles next to the lantern |
| Golden Honey | Collect from the Busy Bees’ House or by clearing Honey Swirls |
The Parsnip is the only ingredient with a wait. Head to the HUNNY stall and buy Parsnip Seeds. If the stall looks broken, pick up the Shopping List note on the ground nearby and place it with the stall to reopen it. Buy enough seeds to plant a few, since you only need one grown Parsnip but extra seeds are cheap.

Clear the fog with the elixir
Open your inventory and select Use on the Honeyglow Elixir. This equips the elixir to your watering can. Walk over to the beehive-shaped lantern near Pooh and water it. The lantern glows, the fog lifts, and a new path opens into the lower part of the biome.
Follow Pooh up the freshly revealed path and talk to him at the top. He recognizes the area as his Thoughtful Spot, which kicks off the second half of the chapter.
Repair Pooh’s Thoughtful Spot
The Thoughtful Spot is a large tree with a face, and it is rundown. Interacting with it opens a Blueprint Crafting menu that needs five materials. Four of them are already familiar from earlier in the biome, and only Soft Limestone is new.
| Material | Amount | Where to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Golden Honey | 3 | Busy Bees’ House; nearby flowers help produce more |
| Tree Resin | 15 | Dig it up around the biome |
| Driftwood | 12 | Dig debris piles by the water, or fish outside the ripples |
| Oak Leaves | 10 | Picked up under large trees |
| Soft Limestone | 15 | Mine rock nodes along the cliffs |
Soft Limestone drops from the mining spots scattered across Drowsybloom Acre. It is a carvable rock used for crafting, and you may need more than one lap around the biome to reach 15 since it does not always drop on every node.

Note: The Busy Bees’ House has a cooldown between honey batches. If you are short on Golden Honey, check the house timer, gather your other materials in the meantime, and return once the timer refills so you can claim the third jar.
With all five materials in hand, return to the Thoughtful Spot tree and add them through the crafting menu. The tree is repaired and a short cutscene plays showing the restored spot.
How to know the quest is finished
After the repair cutscene, talk to Pooh one more time to relax and look at the clouds together. Chapter 2: About Thought, Fog, and Light is then marked Complete in your Quests menu, and you unlock the Pooh’s Thoughtful Spot furniture item.
Completing this chapter immediately begins Chapter 3: A Very Satisfied Bear. Rain clouds roll in, and the next objective asks you to talk to Winnie the Pooh near the Thoughtful Spot, so you can carry straight on from where this one ends.
