Kalien has one costume in DragonSword: Awakening that never shows up in the store. The Vestment of the Great Spirit is a free reward sitting in a treasure chest on the ocean floor, and equipping it swaps her color scheme to a mostly white, purple, and hot pink look. The catch is that the chest sits far deeper than your stamina bar normally allows, so you have to prepare before you dive.
Quick answer: Cook Egg Renew and Assorted Rice Bowls, take a familiar with the deep-dive ability to the water northeast of Firefly Forest (south of the Trench of Secrets label), eat one Assorted Rice Bowl, dive straight down without dashing, drop through the hole in the seafloor, and press F on the chest in the ruins to add the Vestment of the Great Spirit to your collection.
What the Vestment of the Great Spirit does
The Vestment of the Great Spirit is Kalien’s ceremonial robe, a purely cosmetic outfit that recolors her without changing any combat stats or abilities. It costs nothing once you find it, and it slots straight into your wardrobe the moment you open the chest. You can grab the chest with any character, but the outfit only becomes usable after Kalien is on your roster.
What you need before diving
Reaching the chest with a normal descent is impossible because your stamina empties long before you touch the seafloor. Two things solve that. First, a familiar with the deep-dive ability, since a standard mount cannot take you deep enough. Second, a pair of stamina foods that stretch and refill the bar while you sink.

Cook several of each. Egg Renew is your emergency refill for when the bar nearly empties, and Assorted Rice Bowls slow the drain so you can keep moving down for much longer.
Note: The deep-dive familiar is the real gate on this run. If you do not have a mount capable of diving that deep, sort that out first, because the stamina foods alone will not get you to the bottom.
Where the chest is located
The dive point is out in open water northeast of Firefly Forest, near the Endless Summoning Ground dungeon. Head east from the dungeon toward a small island with a boat resting on its coast, then look to the water south of the Trench of Secrets label on your map. You do not need to unlock the wider region first to reach the treasure.

How to confirm it worked and why the chest may fail to open
You know the pickup registered when the interact prompt clears and the Vestment of the Great Spirit is added to your collection. If the chest will not open, the usual reason is running out of stamina before you reach it. That happens when you dashed on the way down, skipped the Assorted Rice Bowl buff, or ran out of Egg Renew refills partway through the dive.
