Evade’s Summer Update is the headline event on the game’s calendar right now. The festival went live on July 17, 2026 and now runs through August 28, drawing well over a quarter of a million interested players — far more than anything else Evade has going.

Summer Update
The Summer Update is Evade’s marquee event of the season. It opened at 7:00 PM ET on July 17 (4:00 PM PT, 11:00 PM UTC) and now closes on August 28, 2026 at the same time — exact times are in the schedule above.
The update adds more than 40 summer-themed cosmetics and emotes styled after Frutiger Aero and retro-summer looks, eight-plus summer maps both old and new, and a rebuilt data system aimed at faster loading and smoother play. Two in-map collectibles tie into it: bubbles that spawn around the map and can be spent on battlepass cosmetics, and coconuts that grant temporary boosts such as extra speed, higher jumps, or brief invulnerability.
Interest remains the highest on Evade’s slate by a wide margin, at over a quarter of a million — several times the turnout of anything else running. It has about about 4 days left left to run.
Evade’s 4th Birthday
Evade turned four on August 4, 2026, and the developer has marked the anniversary with a celebration that runs alongside the Summer Update through August 28. Its centerpiece is the return of more than 14 Legacy maps — from Jungle to Laboratory — brought back unchanged, with their original layouts and lighting.
Interest is nearing 100,000, the second-strongest turnout on the calendar behind the Summer Update. The Legacy maps are set to stay in rotation until the summer events close.
Poseidon Set
The Poseidon Set is a limited-time cosmetic collection that went live with the Summer Update on the evening of July 17. It’s a community-created bundle of eight-plus deployable, utility, and cosmetic skins, three emotes, a carry animation, and a nametag.
The developer has flagged it as limited and says it goes off-sale on August 28, 2026, in line with the close of the summer events — so that’s the practical deadline to pick it up. Interest is over 80,000, a fraction of the headline event’s turnout.
Recently ended
Two anniversary drops have already wrapped. A 20-percent discount on every gamepass and the first window of returning Legacy maps both opened on August 4 and closed on August 9, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET, each drawing close to 49,000 interested players. The Legacy maps have since carried over into the ongoing 4th Birthday celebration, so they remain playable through August 28.
