Evomon runs on a linear chain of islands. You start at Verdant Valley, work through each region in order, and every new area introduces stronger wild monsters, tougher bosses, and better rewards. The main world, Genesis Isles, holds 20 areas in total, and a separate Seasonal Island world rotates in limited-time regions with their own exclusive catches.
Quick answer: There are 16 main islands from Verdant Valley (Level 1) to Thunder Cliffs (Level 175+), plus 3 Summon Ruins and MainCity inside Genesis Isles. Stay at or above each island’s recommended level before challenging its boss, and once every Evomon in your lineup hits Level 180, switch to the Seasonal Island world.

Genesis Isles: All main islands and recommended levels
The route below runs in progression order. Level ranges show the window each island is tuned for, and the boss listed is the encounter that gates the island’s progression quest. Autumn Hill and Dusk Town have no boss and act as transition zones between major regions.
| Island | Level range | Wild Evomon | Boss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Verdant Valley | 1–15 | Pebble, Budling | Pebgolem |
| Petal Pond | 15–30 | Mopebun, Clampip | Clamspire |
| Lava Crag | 30–45 | Sparkit, Lavite, Lavarock | Empixy |
| Amber Acres | 45–60 | Databud, Mudbud | Datunymph |
| Autumn Hill | 55 | None (Gym Master duels) | None |
| Shiver Snows | 60–75 | Stardrift, Glaclide | Glacitadel |
| Flying Territory | 75+ | Graycrene | King of Flying |
| Raven Ridge | 75–90 | Chirppy, Chirplume, Bluebird | Volcrest |
| Silent Sands | 90–105 | Tinkog, Humding | Tinkore |
| Crystal Cascade | 105–125 | Gulpfish, Frostlet | Frostseer |
| Dusk Town | 115–120 | Pummpaw | None |
| Canyon Oasis | 120–135 | Gempillar, Chitmite | Chitaladin |
| Murkwood | 135–150 | Vipip, Tarro | Viparch |
| Nether Land | 150–165 | Starloop, Wispuff | Starmuse |
| Rocky Ridge | 165–180 | Fluffet, Spikub | Spikumane |
| Thunder Cliffs | 175+ | Arcub | King of Thunder |
Note: several bosses show up in-game with a “King” suffix, so Pebgolem appears as Pebgolem King, Clamspire as Clamspire King, and so on. Canyon Oasis is also labelled Tanglewood in some in-game text, but it is the same region on the map.

Beyond wild catches and bosses, most islands house a station or dungeon worth stopping for. MainCity is the hub for Raids, Daily Challenges, World Bosses, PvP, gear and skill upgrades, the Coin Shop, and the Ascent Tower.
| Island | Point of interest |
|---|---|
| MainCity | Raids, Daily Challenge, World Boss, PvP, Gear and Skill Stations, Coin Shop, Ascent Tower |
| Verdant Valley | Coins Shop |
| Petal Pond | EXP Dungeon |
| Lava Crag | Adventure Suit Station |
| Autumn Hill | Gym Master |
| Silent Sands | Equipment Dungeon |
| Dusk Town | Gym Master |
Summon Ruins: Optional boss challenge areas
The three Summon Ruins sit outside the main progression. They have no wild Evomon and no standard boss. Instead, each holds a Summoning Station and an Exchange Merchant, where you use Boss Summons to fight powerful summoned enemies. They are not required to progress, but they add extra challenge once your team can handle their level.
| Area | Recommended level | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Summon Ruins I | 45 | Boss Summon Altar and Exchange Merchant |
| Summon Ruins II | 90 | Boss Summon Altar and Exchange Merchant |
| Summon Ruins III | 180 | Boss Summon Altar and Exchange Merchant |
Boss elements and weaknesses
Every island boss is built to punish a lazy lineup. Match the boss’s element with a super-effective attacker, keep your own level at or above the boss’s, and avoid Poison or Paralysis against fights marked immune to status. The table lists each boss’s element, the types that hit hardest, and the types to leave at home.
| Boss (Level) | Element | Best types | Avoid |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pebgolem (15) | Rock | Water, Grass, Ground, Steel, Fighting | Fire, Flying, Bug, Ice, Electric |
| Clamspire (30) | Water | Grass, Electric | Rock, Fire, Ground |
| Empixy (45) | Fire | Water, Rock, Ground | Grass, Bug, Ice, Steel |
| Datunymph (60) | Grass | Fire, Flying, Bug, Poison, Ice | Water, Rock, Ground |
| Glacitadel (75) | Ice | Fire, Rock, Steel, Fighting | Grass, Flying, Ground, Dragon |
| Volcrest (90) | Electric / Flying | Rock, Electric, Dark, Ground, Light | Water, Flying, Bug, Fighting, Grass, Steel |
| Sundercrene (100) | Flying | Electric, Rock, Ice | Grass, Bug, Ground, Fighting |
| Tinkore (105) | Rock | Water, Grass, Ground, Steel, Fighting | Fire, Flying, Bug, Ice, Electric |
| Frostseer (120) | Ice | Fire, Rock, Steel, Fighting | Grass, Flying, Ground, Dragon |
| Chitaladin (135) | Bug / Poison | Fire, Flying, Ground, Rock | Grass, Fighting, Dragon |
| Viparch (150) | Poison | Ground, Psychic | Grass, Dragon |
| Starmuse (165) | Psychic | Bug | Poison, Fighting |
| Spikumane (180) | Ground | Water, Grass, Flying, Ice | Fire, Rock, Poison, Electric |
| King of Thunder (200) | Electric | Rock, Ground | Water, Flying, Steel |
Some of these fights carry an enhancement on top of raw stats. Glacitadel and Frostseer both take 50% less damage if you repeat the same element, so rotate two damage types instead of spamming one. Volcrest and Spikumane grow stronger every turn, so end them fast. Starmuse resists damage for its first three turns and then powers up, which rewards front-loading your strongest hits early. King of Thunder restores PP each turn and ignores status, so bring Rock or Ground and enough sustained damage to outlast it.

Seasonal Island world
The Seasonal Island is a separate world available for a limited time, and its regions are tuned for Level 180 players. To reach it, open the Map, press Select, and switch worlds before teleporting. The catches here are among the strongest currently in the game, so it is worth capturing what you can while the world is live.
| Island | Recommended level | Catchable Evomon | Boss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solaris Isle | 180 | Wispark, Wisflare | Light King Wispreign |
| Floating Realm | 180 | Clanx, Glowy | Goliath, Clanxor |
| Lunaria Isle | 180 | Clipdow, Cliphas | Dark King Clipexor |
| PvP Lobby | 180 | None | None |
How island progression and leveling work
Teleporters let you hop between islands and catch monsters at any level, so the world itself is never locked behind boss fights. What the bosses gate is your progression quests, and those quests hand out the fastest EXP, coins, and resources in the game. You know a boss counted when its linked quest updates and the reward becomes claimable. If a win does not register, confirm you accepted the quest first, since some clears only count while the objective is active.
For faster experience, fight enemies roughly 20 levels above your strongest Evomon rather than sticking strictly to an island’s recommended level. A Level 60 Fire attacker, for example, can clear Level 90 Tinkog enemies in Silent Sands and gain far more per battle. The current Evomon level cap is 180, and you raise both your Character Level and the maximum Evomon Level through Ascensions.
- Amber Acres, Raven Ridge, Crystal Cascade, and Rocky Ridge are the most efficient leveling stops within their brackets.
- Build balanced elemental coverage so you can swap to a hard counter mid-fight instead of grinding neutral damage.
- You can freely revisit earlier islands to catch monsters, farm materials, or finish quests you skipped.
Clear the island boss before moving on. If it goes down comfortably, your team is ready for the next region. If it does not, spend more time on the current island. Thunder Cliffs is the hardest challenge in Genesis Isles, and its King of Thunder should only be attempted with a fully evolved, optimized lineup. Once every creature in your team reaches Level 180, the Seasonal Island world is the next place to spend your time.
