You claim rewards from a board inside the main area rather than a menu, so you need to walk to it before entering anything.
Your Burger total updates immediately on screen once a code goes through, confirming the redemption worked. Watch for extra spaces or mistyped characters if a code doesn’t register, since entries are case- and spelling-sensitive.
