The Piscinin Evolution in FC 26 turns a center-back into a fast, ball-playing defender who wins headers and starts attacks. It costs 50,000 coins to unlock, runs across five levels, and adds five PlayStyles along the way. The trick is picking a base card that already does one thing well, so the boosts stack into something useful instead of being wasted.
Quick answer: Use a CB at 91 OVR or below with no more than 10 PlayStyles and 3 PlayStyle+, that is not World Tour Silver Stars rarity. Strong picks include Van de Ven (Knockout Royalty), Desailly (TOTY Icon), Sol Campbell (Trophy Titans), Nesta (Trophy Titans), and Kim Min Jae (World Tour).

Add to Google Preferences →How to complete each level
All five levels share the same objective. You play one match with the Evolution card active in your starting lineup. Each completed match advances you one level and applies that level’s stat boosts.
You know a level is complete when the objective ticks over and the card’s stats jump to the new values shown below.
All Piscinin Evolution upgrades by level
The Evolution front-loads pace at Level 1, then layers in defending, passing, aerial ability, and physicality. By the end you have a CB with strong acceleration, sharp tackling, and reliable distribution.

| 1 | Overall +15 (93), Acceleration +30 (90), Sprint Speed +30 (90) | Anticipate+ (3), Block (8) |
| 2 | Interceptions +20 (94), Short Passing +15 (93), Stand Tackle +20 (96), Vision +20 (88), Weak Foot +3 (4), Skills +3 | — |

Best players for the Piscinin Evolution
Pick a base card that is already strong in the area you want to push higher. The Strength boost at Level 5 only matters if the card starts with high strength, and the Long Passing jump at Level 4 pays off most on a defender who can already pass. These names convert the boosts into real on-pitch impact.
- Van de Ven — Knockout Royalty
- Desailly — TOTY Icon
- Cannavaro / Chiellini — Champion Icon
- Sol Campbell — Trophy Titans
- Tchouameni — TOTW
- Nesta — Trophy Titans
- Jill Scott — FC Fantasy Hero
- Huijsen — Future Stars
- Koulibaly — FC Fantasy
- Crama — TOTW
- Kim Min Jae — World Tour
- Stanisic — Showdown
- Sule — End of an Era
Note: Some of these cards need other Evolutions or SBC work first so their rarity is no longer World Tour Silver Stars, which the Piscinin path excludes. Check that path before committing coins.
How to choose the right base card
Match the card to the role you want it to play. The Evolution sharpens one trait far more effectively when the base stat is already high.
- For a physical wall, start with high base strength so the +20 at Level 5 lands the card near 88-90.
- For a defender who launches counters, choose a card with good passing and vision to take full advantage of the Long Passing +30 at Level 4 and the Short Passing boosts at Levels 2 and 5.
- For aerial control, the Aerial Fortress PlayStyle at Level 4 and the Heading and Jumping boosts reward a tall, strong-in-the-air base.
Before paying the 50,000 coins, confirm two things. First, that the base card can reach a rarity outside World Tour Silver Stars. Second, that its existing stats point in the same direction as the boosts you care about. When both are true, the Piscinin path takes a solid center-back and turns it into one you can build a defense around.
