Claim the rewards in Ultimate Team
The claim path lives entirely inside FUT. You need an existing Ultimate Team club and the EA account that was linked to Twitch or YouTube during the broadcast.
Rewards can take up to 24 hours to process, so if a claimed objective does not immediately show its contents, wait and check again before the window closes. You know it worked when the FC Pro objective is marked complete and the pack or coins land in your inventory.
Confirm your Twitch or YouTube account is linked
Rewards only reach the account that was connected to the platform you watched on. If the FC Pro objective is not showing up, the most likely cause is a link problem. Verify the connection before assuming anything went wrong.
If you watched the stream but never linked your account at the time, linking it now will not restore the rewards. That eligibility was tied to the broadcast window and cannot be recovered afterward.
Twitch
On Twitch, open Settings and go to the Connections tab to find the EA connection option. This is where you confirm whether Electronic Arts is already tied to your Twitch profile.
To manage or confirm the link from EA’s side, sign in on the EA website, click your profile icon, choose Account Settings, and select Connected accounts in the left sidebar.

Claim the drop on Twitch if it did not arrive
Twitch drops require one more action: as you watch, the Drops Inventory page records progress for every drop. After an individual bar reaches 100%, Twitch places a claim alert at the top of its navigation.
On Twitch, open the profile icon at the upper right, select Drops & Rewards, and move to the Inventory tab to see earned items. The Twitch Drops Inventory keeps claims available for up to 24 hours after the campaign ends.
Deadline and what to do with the coins
The rewards stay claimable for 11 days from September 18, 2026. After September 29, 2026, the FC Pro objectives expire and the packs and coins are gone for good. Factor in the possible 24-hour processing delay and claim early rather than on the final day.
The packs are modest, but the coins carry real value. With 7,500 coins you can buy 10 Bronze packs, 2 Silver packs, or a single Gold pack.
