The Sleepy skin is a hidden cosmetic for the Nico (Neko) cat companion in Fisch. Unlocking it requires landing a Shiny Harmonized Catfish under a very specific set of conditions in Mushgrove, then handing it to the Crazy Cat Lady NPC at the Underground Music Venue.

Catch requirements for the Shiny Harmonized Catfish
Every condition below must be active at the moment the fish bites. Missing one will not trigger the Shiny Harmonized variant needed for the unlock.
| Setting | Required value |
|---|---|
| Location | Mushgrove |
| Aura | Pinion’s Aura |
| Rod enchantments | Blessed + Glittered |
| Bait | Worm Bait |
| Weather | Foggy (use a Smoke Screen) |
| Time of day | Night |
The Smoke Screen item is what reliably forces foggy weather, which is otherwise weather-dependent. Night time can be waited out or set with any in-game time control you have access to.

How to confirm the unlock worked
You will know the process succeeded when the Customize menu shows the SECRET section reading 100% Unlocked, with two entries listed: Default and Sleepy. The Sleepy preview is a purple cat with closed eyes. Once equipped, the change applies to your active Nico companion immediately.
Common reasons the unlock does not trigger
- The catfish caught is the standard or Harmonized variant, not the Shiny Harmonized version. All five environmental conditions must be active simultaneously.
- The Mystic Mirror was not calibrated to the Underground Music Venue, which only happens after the qualifying catch.
- The fish was not held out when speaking to the Crazy Cat Lady, so the dialogue path that opens the SECRET menu was skipped.
If the SECRET section still shows only the Default entry after talking to the NPC, repeat the catch with all conditions verified before re-teleporting.
