Restore to factory defaults using iTunes
Restoring to factory defaults might fix the problem booting problem on your iPhone XS. To restore your iPhone from iTunes, do the following:
– Install iTunes on your computer
– Connect your iPhone to the computer while holding the Side button.
– Click “Update” in the pop-up that appears on the iTunes window.
If nothing works, walk your iPhone XS straight to an Apple Customer Care service center and tell them about the problem.
