Fluff of Fearlessness Arc Guide - Neverness to Everness (NTE)

Fluff of Fearlessness Arc Guide - Neverness to Everness (NTE)

Fluff of Fearlessness is an S-Rank Solid Arc in Neverness to Everness (NTE), built for damage dealers whose biggest hits come from their Ultimate. It carries a high CRIT Rate substat and a flat attack buff that fires the moment an Ultimate goes off, which makes it one of the simplest burst weapons to slot onto a main DPS.

Quick answer: Reach Bounty Rank 30 on the paid Circle Bounty (Battle Pass) track, then open the Arc-light Trove from your inbox and pick Fluff of Fearlessness from the selector.

Fluff of Fearlessness stats and effect

The Arc has the Solid type, a maximum Base ATK of 512 at Level 80, and a CRIT Rate substat that scales up to 22%. Its passive is called Popping Candy, and at base mixing it raises the wearer's ATK by 25% for 10 seconds after they cast an Ultimate. The buff does not stack with itself, so re-casting Ultimate inside the window only refreshes the duration.

Popping Candy passive by mixing tier

Mixing improves the passive by consuming duplicate Arcs, with T5 reached after four duplicates. The ATK percentage rises with each tier; duration and the no-stack rule stay the same.

Level scaling for ATK and CRIT Rate

Base ATK and the CRIT Rate substat both grow as you ascend the Arc. The substat tops out at 22% well before Level 80, while Base ATK keeps climbing all the way to the cap.

How to get Fluff of Fearlessness

The Arc is locked behind the paid Circle Bounty track, which is NTE's seasonal Battle Pass. Free-track players cannot pick it up directly from the pass rewards, since the selector itself is a paid-tier item.

Step 1: Finish the early main quest "Relax Time" in Prologue II and rest at Eibon. The Circle Bounty button only appears on the upper-right of the HUD after that rest event resolves.

Step 2: Buy either the Elite Hunter Supplies upgrade ($9.99) or the Honor Hunter Supplies upgrade ($19.99). Both tiers include the Arc-light Trove; Honor adds cosmetics and a +10 rank skip on top of everything Elite gives.

Step 3: Push your Bounty Rank to 30 by clearing Daily, Weekly, and Seasonal Circle Quests. Premium rewards drop retroactively, so buying mid-season still releases any tier rewards you already earned.

Step 4: Open the Arc-light Trove from the rewards screen or your inbox and select Fluff of Fearlessness from the list of S-Class Arcs.

You will know it worked when the Arc appears in your inventory under Arcs at Level 1 and the Trove is consumed from your bag. The Trove is single-use, so the choice is final for that purchase.

Best use cases

Popping Candy is a flat ATK multiplier with no element, role, or weapon-skill condition attached, so it slots into almost any Solid-compatible DPS whose damage profile is front-loaded on Ultimate. The 22% CRIT Rate substat also pairs well with characters that already stack CRIT DMG from their kit or cartridges, since the Arc handles the CRIT Rate side of the ratio on its own.

Note: Because the ATK buff does not stack and lasts only 10 seconds, the Arc loses value on characters who deal most of their damage outside the Ultimate window or who can only cast Ultimate sparingly. Sustained-damage builds that rely on Basic Attack stacks, off-field ticks, or DOTs usually get more from element-specific or skill-specific Arcs in the same rarity tier.

Arc-light Trove selector contents

The Arc-light Trove is the Circle Bounty Rank 30 reward. It is described as a custom set of Arcs from the Critical Sweetness series produced for the Anomaly Hunter Guild, and it lets you pick one S-Class Arc from a fixed list.

  • Reality Refuge
  • Marching Beyond Time
  • Day Off
  • Blow up the Crowd
  • Your Happiness is Priceless
  • Hethereau's Keeper
  • Fluff of Fearlessness
  • The Rain That Shook the World
  • The Forgotten
  • Time Bandit
  • First Step to Success

Pick the Arc that matches the character you actually plan to invest in. The Trove cannot be re-rolled, and the choice does not refund if you change your mind on a build later in the season.

Once Fluff of Fearlessness lands in your inventory, equipping it on a Solid-compatible Ultimate-focused DPS and ascending it through the Cold Dessert and Delusions track is the fastest way to turn the selector into real damage. Keep mixing duplicates only if future Circle Bounty seasons or Arc banners hand them out, since pulling for duplicates of a Battle Pass Arc on the gacha is not a guaranteed route.
