Everything live during Gone Wild in Chapter 7, Season 3, from New Sprite Day to Galaxy Hour.

Gone Wild is the next limited-time event in Fortnite Chapter 7, Season 3, and it runs alongside the season’s ongoing Sprite hunt. It layers special modifiers and boosters onto the battle royale experience, giving players extra chances to find and level up rare Sprites.

Quick answer: Gone Wild goes live June 25 on all platforms and ends July 9. It opens with New Sprite Day, which adds five new Sprites including Football, Fishstick, and Boss.

Fortnite Gone Wild event dates

The event starts June 25 and stays active until July 9. It launches at the same time across PC, consoles, and mobile, so there is no staggered regional rollout to track. That gives you roughly two weeks to take advantage of the modifiers and to expand your Sprite collection.

Only the first week of activities is confirmed so far. Epic Games typically reveals more details as each event window approaches, so expect additional modifiers to be announced closer to the start.

New Sprite Day and the five new Sprites

Gone Wild begins with New Sprite Day on Thursday, June 25. Five new Sprites enter the loot pool that day, and Epic has so far shown off the Football, Fishstick, and Boss designs. The remaining two are still under wraps until launch.

New Sprite Day fits the season’s weekly pattern, where Thursdays introduce fresh Sprites or special variants into the game. The full abilities and rarities of the five additions will be clear once they go live.

Galaxy Hour on Saturday, June 27

Galaxy Hour takes place on Saturday, June 27. It works like the earlier Gummy Hour, raising the odds of encountering a specific Sprite type. During this window, Galaxy Sprites become far easier to find in the wild.

Saturday events in Chapter 7, Season 3 normally run as two Power Hours at 3:30 PM ET and 9:30 PM ET. During those windows, Gold Sprites spawn more often, every player drops with the Dark Voyager’s Chaos Exploder Rifle, and a successful Sprite extraction restores Health and Shields while applying a temporary Slap effect. Each extraction also stacks a multiplier that speeds up Sprite leveling for the rest of that match.

Mastery Monday continues during Gone Wild

Mastery Monday remains on the schedule throughout the event. It begins each Monday at 9:00 AM ET and runs for a full 24 hours. During that window, the spawn rates for Mythic and Legendary Sprites climb, Sprites level up twice as fast through activities, and every successful extraction pays out double Sprite Dust.

That extra Dust matters because it is the currency used to summon other Sprites and buy Extraction Gizmos, making Mastery Monday the best day to bank resources during Gone Wild.
