Fortnite: How to Unlock the John Wick (The Simpsons) Skin

The John Wick (The Simpsons) style is a cel-shaded edit of the John Wick outfit tied to the Springfield crossover in Fortnite Reload. It is not a free giveaway, and it is not sold on its own. To wear it, you have to own the Battle Pass and grind through a set of John Wick Contracts spread across Reload and Battle Royale.

Quick answer: Own the Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass, then complete all four John Wick Contracts (12 quests total). Clearing every stage drops the John Wick (The Simpsons) style and the Holofoil Seven Sprite straight into your locker.

What you need before starting

The style is a selectable look attached to the John Wick skin included in the Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass, which costs 800 V-Bucks. If you complete every Contract but do not own the Battle Pass, you will not receive the style. You can still earn other quest rewards, but the John Wick (The Simpsons) look stays locked.

So the requirement is simple. Buy the Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass first, then work through the Contracts. There is no tier grind involved for the style itself, only the quest objectives.

The four John Wick Contracts and where to play them

Each Contract has three stages, and the modes matter. Two Contracts can be finished in either Battle Royale or Reload, one is Battle Royale only, and one is locked to Reload on the Springfield map.

Confidential Contract (Reload only)

This one only works in Reload on the Springfield map, at The Confidential in Springfield Town Square. The location is a neutral zone modeled on the Continental from the films, with passive healing and proximity chat turned on.

Land at The Confidential in Springfield Town Square to clear the visit objective.

Eliminate a player inside The Confidential. Combat is banned on the grounds, so attacking someone here instantly flags you as Excommunicado.

Survive for 14 seconds after becoming Excommunicado. That clears the final stage and the Contract.

Note: Only one player can be Excommunicado at a time. The status hands you unlimited stamina and faster reloads, but it also puts a 1,500 gold bounty on your head and makes you drop better loot, so the whole lobby will come looking for you during those 14 seconds.

Sprite Contract (Battle Royale or Reload)

The John Wick Sprite reveals nearby enemies to you and your squad for a few seconds after you knock or eliminate an opponent. In Reload, it is the only Sprite available, and once you own it you can equip it in Battle Royale too.

Collect a John Wick Sprite. You can find it in standard chests and Sprite Chests, win it from a Victory Royale, or use the Portable Extractor to pull one off an eliminated player who was carrying it. A teammate can also hand one to you.

Equip the Sprite and rack up 10 eliminations with it active. Squad mode makes this quicker.

Master the Sprite by getting it to Level 5 and extracting it at an extraction site. You can level it by opening chests or by buying a Quack Snack from a vending machine for 1,500 gold bars.

Note: The John Wick Sprite keeps whatever level it had when you picked it up. If a previous player already leveled it, you inherit that progress toward the max-level extraction.

Boss Contract (Battle Royale only)

The Boss Contract is Battle Royale exclusive and leans on gold bars and boss fights.

Hire John Wick from his shack near Calamari Canyon for 350 gold bars.

Deal 575 damage to opponents while John Wick or another hired Specialist is fighting alongside you.

Defeat three bosses. These can be map bosses like Voyager Unleashed or the DC duel bosses such as Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman.

Combat Contract (Battle Royale or Reload)

The Combat Contract is pure weapon work and can be knocked out in either mode.

Hit opponents twice with a Lancehead Pistol clip after reloading. Empty the magazine so the spent clip is thrown, and land that clip on a player. You need two clip hits total, so grab a second Lancehead Pistol if you run dry.

Deal 550 shotgun damage in a single match.

Land 25 headshots on players with any assault rifle.

Confirming the unlock and rewards

Once every stage of all four Contracts reads as complete, the John Wick (The Simpsons) style is added to your locker automatically. It appears as an unlockable style on the John Wick (Pen & Ink) set, so you switch to it from the outfit’s style options rather than finding a separate skin.

Finishing all four Contracts also grants the Holofoil Seven Sprite back bling. If the style is not showing up after your last objective, the most common reason is not owning the Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass, since the quests can be completed without it but the style cannot be claimed without it.

How long you have to finish

The John Wick (The Simpsons) style is a limited-time edit tied to Chapter 7 Season 3, and the Contracts run alongside the rest of the Battle Pass quests until the season ends in August. Once the season closes, there may be no other way to unlock this cosmetic, so finish all four Contracts before it wraps. Because the Confidential Contract depends on the Springfield map in Reload, prioritize that questline while the Springfield rotation is live.
