The Peeky Peely Sprite and its four rarer variants spawn more often twice a day until the event closes on August 5.

Peely Hours is a limited-time event that boosts how often the Peeky Peely Sprite and its variants appear across the Fortnite island. It runs in both Battle Royale and Zero Build, and it repeats twice every day so you get two windows to hunt down the sprites and add them to your collection.

Quick answer: Drop into Battle Royale or Zero Build during either daily window — 4:00–5:00 PM ET or 11:00 PM–12:00 AM ET — and extract the Peeky Peely Sprite or a variant while it is spawning at an increased rate. The event runs daily through August 5, and each session lasts exactly one hour.

Peely Hours daily times by region

Each day brings two one-hour sessions. Session 1 starts at 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET, and Session 2 starts at 8:00 PM PT / 11:00 PM ET. Both windows behave the same way, so you only need to catch one of them per day. The times below show the exact start and end for each session in your local zone.

The five Peely Sprite variants to collect

There are five versions of the Peeky Peely Sprite in total. During Peely Hours, all of them appear more frequently, which is the fastest way to finish the set.

Normal
Gold
Gummy
Holofoil
Galaxy

You can review which variants you already own in the Sprite collection menu. The Galaxy version, for example, shows up there as the Galaxy Peeky Peely Sprite once extracted.

How to collect Peeky Peely Sprites during the event

Launch Fortnite during one of the two daily windows and queue into Battle Royale or Zero Build. Both modes carry the boosted spawn rate.

Head to Sprite Chests around the map. These chests are where sprites are found, and several named locations hold them, including Sinister Strip, Frosted Flats, Golden Grove, Shaken Sanctuary, Cluster Coast, Calamari Canyon, and Wonky Land. Planning a loop between nearby chests lets you check more of them before the hour ends.
Open chests and extract the Peeky Peely Sprite or a variant when it appears. Vault Sprite Chests, shown stacked on the map, are locked behind a vault keycard, so grab a keycard first if you want to reach those.

You know a pull worked when the sprite is added to your collection menu. If a variant is missing after a session, the most common reason is simply that it did not spawn in the chests you opened — return during the next window and check different Sprite Chest locations.

When Peely Hours ends

Peely Hours runs from July 30 through August 5, giving you about a week to complete the set. The final session begins on August 5 at 8:00 PM PT / 11:00 PM ET. Because that window crosses midnight on the East Coast, it officially wraps at 12:00 AM ET on August 6.

Note: With two chances every day, you have plenty of opportunities to track down the Gummy, Galaxy, Gold, and Holofoil versions before the event closes. Once it ends, the boosted spawn rate goes away, so aim to finish the collection while the windows are still live.

For wider context, Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 is set to end on August 19, which gives you a clear window to wrap up any sprite hunting that carries over after Peely Hours finishes.
