Gakuran Rerolls: Every Stat You Can Change and Fight Style Odds

Fighting style is the only reroll that costs Robux, while names, height, and cosmetics reroll for free and unlimited.

Fighting style is the only reroll that costs Robux, while names, height, and cosmetics reroll for free and unlimited.

Rerolling in Gakuran refreshes a single character stat at a time, from your name and hairstyle all the way to the fighting style that decides how you perform against other players. Most of these rolls cost nothing, but the one that matters most for combat is weighted by rarity, so landing a top-tier style takes patience and, usually, a stack of free rerolls saved from codes.

Quick answer: Open the left-side menu, select Stats, then click the circular reroll arrow next to the stat you want. Fighting style rerolls cost 5 Robux or one free reroll from a code. Every other stat, including height, face, hair, ethnicity, gender, name, age, and clothes, rerolls for free with no limit.

All 14 Gakuran stats you can reroll

Fourteen separate stats can be rerolled, and each one has its own reroll button so you never touch the rest of your character by accident. Only one of them changes how you fight. The table below groups every rerollable stat and shows what it actually affects.

Height sits in the combat group for a reason. Taller characters deal more damage, carry more health, and reach farther, but they swing slower and are easier to hit. Shorter characters trade power for speed and a smaller hitbox. Because height is free and unlimited to reroll, you can dial it in before you ever spend a paid roll on a fighting style.

How to open the reroll menu and reroll a stat

Launch Gakuran on Roblox and load fully into the game world. You reroll from inside your current character, so there is no need to make a new one.
Click the arrow button on the left side of your screen to open the main menu, then select Stats. This panel holds every rerollable category.
Find the stat you want and press the circular arrow icon next to it. That single stat rerolls to a new random result while everything else stays the same. You can hover over the reroll infographic to see the current rates.

Free rerolls are limited, so line up a plan before you start cycling through fighting styles.

You know the reroll worked when the stat row updates in place with the new value. There is no separate cooldown, so you can reroll back to back for as long as you have free rolls or Robux available.

Fighting style reroll cost and odds

The fighting style reroll is the only one that costs Robux. Each attempt is 5 Robux, or you can spend one free reroll earned from a code. Results are weighted by rarity, which is why chasing a top-tier style takes so many rolls. The exact per-style odds are listed below.

RarityStylesOdds per styleTier total
LegendaryWrestling, Capoeira, Kure1% each3%
EpicBoxing, Hakari10% each20%
UncommonMuay Thai, Karate, Slugger30% each90% combined pool weight
CommonBasic59%59%

On average, landing one specific Legendary style takes around 100 rolls, which works out to roughly 500 Robux if you pay for every attempt. That is why most players save free code rerolls for style rolls and leave the cosmetic changes to the unlimited free rerolls.

Tip: Turn on Bulk Rerolls, found at the top of the Stats menu, to spin fighting styles rapidly without the roll animation. It saves a large amount of time when you are grinding through dozens or hundreds of attempts.

Get free rerolls with codes

Free rerolls come from active Gakuran codes, and they apply to fighting style rolls, so each one is effectively worth 5 Robux. Codes are case-sensitive and must be typed exactly as shown.

Open the left-side menu and select the CODES tab at the bottom.
Enter a code exactly as written, then press REDEEM. Your reroll count updates immediately if the code is still active.

Codes that have been available include 15REROLLS, GAKURAN, 2mil, and fixes3. Codes expire, so redeem them as soon as you see them rather than saving them for later.

How specific stats behave when you reroll

A few stats have side effects worth knowing before you spend a roll. Rerolling gender also rerolls your hairstyle, face, and accessories, while your height and hair color stay the same. Female characters are 10% slimmer, which is purely cosmetic.

Ethnicity is the quiet driver behind several other stats. There is a 95% chance of rolling Japanese, with African, Middle Eastern, Latina, Indian, and European each at 1%. Your ethnicity sets the surname pool you draw from, the natural hair color table, and the height range you can roll within.

StatNotable detail
Height0.1% chance to roll the 6’11” maximum
Face1% chance for a rare “mogger” face
Hair ColorCosmetic only, no combat effect
Last NameDrawn from 4,428 total preset surnames
First NameCustom text, 3 to 12 characters
Age, Birthday, GradeCosmetic only, no combat impact

A practical order is to lock height first, since it is free and directly shapes your fighting feel, then roll a fighting style that suits that body. A short Boxing build performs very differently from a tall one, so matching the two matters more than chasing the rarest style you can find.

Bulk Rerolls, Gift Rerolls, and the reroll ban

Update v7.148 added Bulk Rerolls to the top of the Stats menu for fast style rolling without animations. Update v7.400 introduced Gift Rerolls, letting other players send you fighting style rerolls directly through the Stats menu.

A reroll ban was applied and then lifted in v7.203. Affected players can reroll again as long as they have rerolls available, and any extra rerolls still need to come from codes.

Rerolls are permanent. Once a stat changes, the previous version is gone and replaced by the new result, so stop rolling the moment you land a fighting style and height combination you are happy with rather than risking a downgrade.
