Redemption happens through the game’s official web portal rather than an in-game menu, so you’ll need your account details on hand before you start.

Open the Genesis War web portal in a browser.

Go to Account Settings to find your User ID, and copy it.

Click the Coupon section, located next to the game’s Download button.

Paste your User ID into the field provided, then enter the code exactly as written into the Coupon Code box.

Press Confirm to submit the code.

Open Genesis War on your device and check your in-game Mailbox. A successful redemption sends the reward items there, and they’ll show as unclaimed until you collect them.
